Extended Summary

Dan and Leah are going over more things for the wedding. Leah looks up into the mirror and gets the fright of her life when she sees Zoe standing there! Zoe lunges towards her and Leah screams. Leah wakes with a start from the terrifying nightmare, shaking. Her anxiety about the wedding is starting to take its toll…

It’s the morning of Dan’s birthday. Leah tells him she’s sure something’s going to go wrong with the wedding – and reveals she had a nightmare. Dan pulls her into his arms – and insists she’s letting the whole wedding thing get to her. Nothing is going to disrupt the wedding, okay? As soon as Dan says that there’s a knock at the door. Dan opens it and is stunned to see Ryan with Amanda (his ex-wife). Amanda explains she had some time before her next role (in a film) starts shooting and she thought she’d come to Australia with Ryan. Although Leah is polite, we can see she’s taken an instant dislike to her…

Robbie and Tasha are about to head off on their camping trip – Beth tells them to be careful and warns them to be good. Martha winks at Tasha knowing she has plans to take her relationship with Robbie to the next level.

Leah is bemoaning the arrival of Amanda and Hayley does her best to calm her down, wondering what Amanda’s done that is so awful. Leah – well, nothing…yet. Meanwhile, Amanda apologises to Dan for all the hurt she caused him in the years gone by. Dan surprised to hear this, but Amanda thinks it’s time she said sorry. She talks about the kind of person she was back then, adding that’s all in the past now. She’s learnt her lesson and is a changed woman.

Robbie and Tasha stand over the engine of the car which has broken down. Tasha is stressing about the time (she was meant to check in to the resort she has secretly booked by midday). Robbie doesn’t get why – it doesn’t matter what time they rock up to the campsite. Eventually, Robbie’s gets his engine started again, thanks to a jump start from a passing motorist.

Dan comes back to Leah and says that Amanda really seems on the level. Leah wonders if it could be another one of her stories, but Dan knocks it on the head – what could Amanda possibly have to gain…? Leah’s mobile rings and it’s the florist – the flowers haven’t turned up. It’ll cost a bomb to get more. Dan jumps on the phone and sorts it out, regardless of the extra cost.

Tasha and Robbie arrive at the Rainbow Waters Resort. Tasha reveals her surprise – she booked a special romance and relaxation getaway at this resort. However, the manager won’t let them in revealing he gave room away because they were late. Tasha’s upset because she wanted tonight to be special. She wanted it to be the night they slept together. Robbie’s stunned!

The caterer has pulled out of the wedding and Leah is trying to deal with it. Leah stresses – from the moment Amanda arrived, everything’s gone wrong! Leah explodes and tells Dan that if his ex-wife is at the wedding then she won’t be, in the hallway, we see that Amanda’s heard everything – and she completely darkens…
