Extended Summary

Still at the meeting place, Dylan notes they’re late and asks Robbo if he’s sure he made the right call. At that moment, an SUV arrives and Des and two other men get out. Robbo asks where Victor is. Des suggests Robbo hand Dylan over and they’ll leave him alone but Robbo insists on talking to Victor otherwise they’ll leave. Back in the Bay, on the beach, Blake is telling Ryder it’s a perfect solution but Ryder feels he’s nuts and wonders what would happen if the teacher didn’t wake up. Blake says he’s got a sister at a pharmacy who’ll sort it. Ryder says it’s probably illegal but Blake insists he doesn’t have time to study properly.

Leah and Justin are in bed, post-coital. Justin says it wasn’t too bad and Leah dryly notes he’s welcome. Justin explains he was talking about the camping trip; Ava was relaxed enough to let Mason take her to the movies. Leah says they need to think about schooling and maybe talking to Maggie about enrolling Ava next year just in case. Justin wants to focus on other things first though and kisses her. At the meeting place, Robbo calls over that he’s not seeing anyone making any calls as Des quietly tells his men to pass on a message. Des approaches Robbo asking what he wants. Robbo says he just wants Victor. Des reaches for a gun but Robbo warns him that Carter has made a statement about everything Victor and Des have done, which he’ll give to the feds if Victor doesn’t show up and which will also be sent to them if anything happens to him and Dylan.

Outside the safe house, Jasmine talks to Tori about the lack of response she’s had to the messages she’s sent Robbo. Scott emerges and Jasmine asks him if there’s anything she doesn’t know. Scott says there’s nothing he can tell her. They are interrupted by Tori, who says her waters have broken. She is worried that the suture’s still in but Jasmine calmly tells Scott to phone a doctor and leads Tori inside. Back at the meeting place, an expensive car pulls up and Victor and three more men get out. Victor tells Robbo to hand Dylan over, otherwise sooner or later Jasmine will come out of hiding and he’ll hand her back to Des. Robbo says Victor can have Dylan if he answers him one question: Did he kill Robbo’s family? Dylan notes that he wasn’t going to keep quiet about that one and says Victor crossed the line.

Tori and Jasmine are in one of the bedrooms. Jasmine tells her to concentrate on breathing and Tori points out she didn’t go to any birthing classes because she’s been stuck there. Scott says the doctor’s on the way; Jasmine advises him to select some soothing music and Scott notes Tori prepared a playlist. Tori laments that she won’t be able to have an epidural because she’s not in hospital. Scott goes outside to get an update from Lance. Meanwhile, Robbo tries to get an answer from Victor, asking if he’s willing to admit it. Victor suspects Robbo is bluffing about the statement and Des says Robbo’s family were asking for it. Robbo draws his gun, as do Des and the other henchmen. At that point, armed AFP officers appear on the gantries and from all sides, telling them to drop their weapons: Everyone except Robbo does. Dylan, Des and the henchmen kneel down but Victor merely raises his hands and then runs off. Robbo chases him.

Ryder is pacing at school until a number of students including Blake emerge from a room. Ryder insists it’s a bad plan but Blake says he has the pills. He thinks it’s foolproof but Ryder says it’s dangerous and illegal. Ryder notes he never even wanted to cheat so he’s saying no. Later, Blake tells Ryder that it’s fine because he’s found someone else. Ryder is aghast that Blake still intends to go through with the drugging and tells him to call it off or he’ll tell Maggie. Blake agrees, noting it’s impressive that Ryder stood up to him but dobbing would be social suicide. Maggie calls them into the classroom and Ryder sees Blake swap her water bottle for another one.

Robbo chases Victor through the complex, getting higher and higher until they reach the top. Victor dares Robbo to kill him, saying he can’t go to jail because he knows what happens to child killers there. When Robbo doesn’t respond, Victor goads him, saying he’s weak and pathetic like his son, who was hiding under the bed when Victor put him out of his misery. Robbo seems to raise the gun…then steps behind Victor, handcuffs and arrests him. Back at the school, Ryder watches anxiously as Maggie prepares to take a drink…then rushes forward and knocks the bottle from her hand. Maggie asks what that was and, when he doesn’t answer, tells him to go and wait in her office. He looks at Blake as he leaves.

Robbo leads Victor down and hands him over to some other officers. He asks for a moment with Dylan and tells him his statement will help. Dylan comments that being an ex-cop and a snitch puts a big target on him. Robbo says he’ll have protection and Dylan admits he’s brought what happens on himself. Back at the safe house, Tori says she didn’t plan on giving birth like this, without Robbo there. Scott shows in the doctor, Mike, who says he’ll take the suture out and do an examination. Tori asks Jasmine to stay. Scott phones Robbo, saying he heard his operation went well but Tori’s in labour so he needs to get there quick.
