Charlie tries to find evidence against Grant. Hugo plans to create a new dive attraction. Nicole continues to pursue Sid.
Extended Summary
Charlie continues her enquiries into Grant’s past but comes up with nothing and Angelo suggests she abandon her quest. Grant tells Angelo to get Charlie to back off as her investigation is beginning to have an effect on his family. Later at the Diner, Charlie and Grant end up in a screaming match and Angelo is forced to drag Charlie out, but not before Charlie issues a chilling warning to Grant that she’s going to kill him.
While Angelo poses the theory to Charlie that Grant may have changed over the past couple of years, Grant tries to get Ruby to talk to Charlie for him. However, she slams the door in his face but is conflicted because she can sympathise with both Charlie and Grant’s side of the situation. Meanwhile, later at the police station after Angelo locks away the new stun gun, Charlie tells him she has a lead on a case that Grant may be involved in before rushing out.
Hugo shows Martha an old yacht and tells her of his plans to sink it to create a new reef. While Martha thinks it is a great idea, John Palmer has other ideas and tells him that the council will never approve such a project.
Sid is struggling to cope after Indigo and Dexter returned to the city. Nicole tries to hit on him again, but Sid knocks her back. Later, when Sid tells Nicole that he’s not romantically interested in her, she says she believes otherwise and the kiss they shared proves it.
With Ollie unwell, tensions between Kirsty and Miles continue to mount as they once again clash over her pregnancy.
