Extended Summary

The search for Zoe has turned up nothing and Flynn has to tell Sally what happened. Sally’s upset – it means she was right about Marc. He wasn’t the Stalker, and the Stalker was after her. She wants to know why the Stalker attacked Zoe twice. Flynn tells her about Peter’s suggestion to hypnotise Zoe. Sally realises she could be hypnotised instead. Peter and Clare are dead against it, but Sally refuses to take no for an answer.

Morag demands to know why Josie’s come back and Josie says the job was just too good to pass up. Brett says he knows about Josie’s past with the town and he’s on her side. The news causes a stir in town. Tasha can’t believe she’s back after what happened. Josie says Summer Bay has its upsides – Tasha for one. But Irene’s suspicious. Jesse confronts her as to why she’s come back and how she could get a job with no qualifications in development. Josie ignores him – it’s none of his business.

Martha tries to convince Brett that Josie’s a shady character, but Brett’s having none of it. Martha realises the two are sleeping together! But everyone’s still none the wiser as to why Josie’s back. Is it revenge? Josie gives Tasha the final paperwork for the sale of the Caravan Park. Alf, Morag and Martha arrive and Morag asks what company is buying. Tasha says “Kline Co.”. Suddenly Morag realises it’s a subsidiary of the Macklin Corporation. Macklin’s bought the park and is going to develop it into a new resort! Martha tells Brett she wants nothing more to do with him. Later, Josie enters the Diner and Irene tells her she’s not welcome. Josie’s forced to leave. Martha announces she’s not leaving the Bay. She loves the place and she wants to stop the resort being built.

Unfortunately Sally can’t describe the Stalker. She’s disappointed, and so is Clare. She thinks it was a waste of time, and probably would have been with Zoe as well, but now she’s gone missing because and it’s thanks to Peter. He thinks Clare’s being hard on him. Peter and Clare get an email from the Stalker – “She’s dead and it’s your fault…keep interfering and she won’t be the last…”. Peter’s left reeling. Zoe’s dead and he’s responsible.

Flynn wants to cheer Sally up, so he suggests takeaway dinner from the Diner and she agrees. When he’s gone, Sally heads out of the house and over to Zoe’s caravan to look around. She’s attacked by the Stalker but manages to run off into the bush where she hides. Will she be discovered? No – The Stalker moves past, just missing her. Sally waits until they’re gone and then starts walking back. The Stalker appears behind her and knocks her to the ground. Has the Stalker killed Sally?
