A surprise encounter might ruin Tori’s chances with Ash. Hunter and Olivia’s new venture puts pressure on their relationship. Can Coco and Raffy repair their friendship?
Extended Summary
Ash showers off after a surf and catches the attention of Tori who can’t help but notice him. She asks how his search for a roommate is going, and offers to shout him a coffee. Irene tells Ash how much she misses Luc when Ash picks her up and asks again if he wouldn’t want to move in with her, privately Tori promises to try to convince Ash. Later at Ash’s place Tori does manage to convince Ash to reach out and take the help being offered and he finally concedes and accepts Irene’s offer. Together he and Tori pack up his apartment where he stumbles upon a photo of himself and Kat and he opens to her. Sensing things are becoming weird between the two as she thinks her feelings are visible Tori makes a hasty exit to the diner to Leah and tells her that she almost reveals herself to Ash while Irene overhears the whole conversation. Leah tells her it sounds like more than a crush and that it’s a disaster as he’s just come out of a relationship and doesn’t want to ruin their friendship. Ash asks Irene to babysit so that he can go see Tori as he picked up that something was bothering her. Irene correctly determines that Ash has a crush on Tori. He tells Irene that they are good mates and he doesn’t want to ruin their friendship as he doesn’t know if he is ready yet for a relationship, Irene advises him to be honest. With good intentions Ash buys dinner and heads over to the Morgan’s, he mishears Tori thinking she told him to come in instead of coming. He walks in to find a naked Tori as she has just gotten out of the shower and embarrasses screams at a startled Ash to get out!
Meanwhile VJ is still worried about Coco after catching her throwing up after lunch. She tries to brush it off but he doesn’t believe her. Back at school VJ tells Raffy that Coco was sick at lunch and worried they both tell Roo who sends her to sick back, however this is all heard by Jennifer who shoots Coco a knowing look. Panicked that her secret will be uncovered Coco tries and falls to convince Roo that’s she’s ok while they wait for the nurse. Jennifer comes by and says see too felt unwell after eating lunch at salt today and manages to help get Coco away. As they walk off Jennifer tells Coco she knows what Coco is doing and that in return for her help and her continued cooperation in keeping her secret, she needs to help set her up with VJ. Even though it clearly hurts her, Coco helps Jennifer score a study date with VJ. Pleased that she it worked, Jennifer lets Coco sit with her class leaving Raffy hurt and all alone. After class Raffy confronts Coco over her new friendship with Jennifer, and is shocked when Coco calls Raffy a loser nerd whilst trying to defend her actions and deter Raffy’s badgering. At home Raffy lies to John and Marilyn not wanting to alarm them about her first day. Coco meanwhile eats a bowel of pasta to her still feeling guilty over her treatment of Raffy today and then throws up.
At the diner, Hunter runs into Olivia who notices that he’s been acting strange lately almost like he is hiding something. Olivia is still worried about Hunter believing that he is hiding something. She can’t figure out why he is avoiding her but everyone else doesn’t seem to see it and tells her not to worry. John promises to go talk to Hunter but can’t discover what he’s hiding. Hunter reveals to Olivia that his secret has been that he has been creating a website for Olivia’s fashion label, offering it to her as a gift and asks if she would want to go into business with him as partners in her business. He offers it as a way for her to focus on the creative side while he focuses on website maintenance so she can focus on the creative side.
