Robertson drives a wedge between Charlie and Angelo. Leah’s asked out on a date. Life’s becoming complicated for Annie, Jai and Romeo.
Extended Summary
Angelo is snooping around Hugo’s equipment shed as Robert keeps an eye on him. Later, Robert presents Charlie with a series of photos of Angelo enjoying the company of strippers in the city. Upset at what she’s seen, Charlie chats to Morag and Morag insists that she needs to talk to Angelo about things. Morag confronts Angelo and tells him not to play games with Charlie. After initially ignoring Angelo’s phone calls, Charlie agrees to meet with him and he insists that it was all part of the ongoing abalone investigation he is conducting. However, Charlie doesn’t believe him and ends their relationship.
Romeo is worried about Liam and the bruising he’s sustained after his scrap with Aden, but Liam insists that he’s fine. Spotting Annie in the Surf Club, Romeo talks to her and says that Jai has told him all about her. Annie insists that Jai should stop talking about her and leaves. It’s then that Romeo spots an ad job ad on the noticeboard that catches his eye. With his work for Liam consuming all his time, Romeo is unable to accept the new position. But when Liam discovers that the building he’s purchased requires more work than first thought, he encourages Romeo to go ahead with the new opportunity. Romeo has an interview with John but blows things by making a comment that offends him. Later, Romeo tells Jai of his slip up and thinks that it may be time to leave the Bay.
Robertson continues his investigation into Grant’s murder and has a chat with Morag, telling her that she could also be a suspect. After earlier commenting on Leah’s personal life, Robertson presents her with a flower and asks her out on a date. Will Leah accept?
