Drunk and out of control, Jesse forces himself on Leah. Matilda’s rebellious attitude lands her in grave danger. Ric and Cassie feel the wrath of Sally over their deception. Henry discovers the truth about Diesel’s past.
Extended Summary
Sally’s angry at Ric and Cassie for deceiving her. As punishment, they can no longer go to the concert that Ric won tickets to. Matilda’s grumpy after her secret night out and Beth is suspicious. Ric crosses with Matilda at school. He’s furious – blaming her for losing the tickets. Matilda doesn’t care. She gets invited to another party and accepts. Cassie is worried but can’t stop her going.
Jesse’s in a very bad way and the whole town knows about it thanks to Colleen. He’s been booted out of his flat and is sleeping on the beach and drinking. Dan thinks Jesse’s made his own bed, he can lie in it, but Leah’s worried about him.
Diesel takes a small bottle of perfume from Sally’s bag. At the lockers, Henry thinks he sees the perfume, but when he questions Diesel about it, he acts all cagey. Henry is determined to discover his secret. He follows Diesel home from school and discovers he lives in a derelict house. Henry’s shocked. Diesel offloads his whole story: His mum died when he was young, he got sent to different foster homes, but never found the right family, and now he’s run away. Henry is sympathetic to Diesel and although Diesel asks him to stay quiet, he tells Sally and she comes to take Diesel home. Flynn’s not so happy about Diesel staying in the house, but Sally says it’s only a couple of days. Diesel hugs her from gratitude… or is it something more?
Matilda gets to the beach party and finds that it’s all guys and only her! That doesn’t stop her. She’s soon drinking to excess and dancing sexily while the boys cheer on. What has she got herself into?
Leah and Colleen arrive home to find Jesse crashed out on the doorstep. He’s got nowhere else to go. Leah lets him in, much to Colleen’s disgust. That night, Dan calls from the city and Leah doesn’t tell him about Jesse – and Colleen agrees to keep it to herself. Later that night, Jesse walks into Leah’s room and tries to force himself on her. She fights him off, but Jesse won’t stop…
