Tragedy strikes the Fletcher family. Matt and Adam get more than they bargained for when Marilyn moves into the beach house.
Extended Summary
Adam isn’t sure about Marilyn moving into the Beach House with them but Matt changes his mind as he believes that she will do all the housework. Tom and Pippa get all sloppy. Bobby wants to put up a campaign poster in Alf’s store and he agrees as long as she returns the favour in the diner. Matt and Adam offer Marilyn a room and offer to help her move all her stuff. Tom buys Pippa a necklace. Bobby books the Surf Club for her Campaign speech knowing that Alf wanted it for the same night. Marilyn offers to cook a nice dinner for Matt and Adam but they are not happy about the roster she has drawn up for them all to share the chores. Alf is furious with Bobby for booking the Surf Club. Pippa receives a bouquet of Red Roses from Tom whilst preparing to go out for dinner, she and Carly reflect how she needs some good times.. Tom is driving Steven, Bobby and Sophie back from training when he passes out at the wheel… Steven tries to grab it but the car goes off the road and rolls into a ditch…….
