Following in the footsteps of her father Ian and mother Annie, Kate began her career in television as a trainee storyliner for 18 weeks on Neighbours. Afterwards, she moved over to Home and Away as a script coordinator and swiftly moved her way through the ranks, becoming the second in charge after two years.
Over the next few years, Kate remained as a writer and intermittent script editor for the series. In 2016, Kate returned to the in-house team as associate story producer for one year.
In 2019, Kate Bradley was appointed the script producer of Neighbours. She left the series at the end of 2021 but remained on the writer’s roster.
She returned to the in-house team of Home and Away in 2023, as the associate script producer in charge of overseeing the script edits.
