Vinnie's ready to topple off the edge, thanks to Theo, who told Vinnie he's in this trouble because he's been greedy. He then added salt to the gaping wounds by saying he's always bailing Vinnie out of trouble. Vinnie feels he's failed. For him, calling Theo and admitting defeat would have been hard. Why did Theo have to make it more so?
To make matters worse, Fisher told Vinnie and Leah that Rebecca and Travis have decided not to sell the house after all. Poor Vinnie. All he could do was laugh and say it was the house that had got them into this mess in the first place. It was, too: if Rebecca and Travis hadn't been selling the house, Vinnie and Leah would never have had to raise the money to buy it. What a cruel twist of fate.

Brodie hasn't taken her break-up with Alex very well. Alex went over to ask her if they could still be friends. Brodie wasn't happy about that and started throwing things at Alex before he could escape.

Fisher's had a change of heart with regards to the literacy program. He told Seb he's called the Board to support it. Finally it's been given Fishers approval. Hopefully it will bring Seb back to school.

Nick broke up with Simone today after spending the afternoon with Jade. Shelley told Jade about Nick being at the DIC, so Jade dropped around and went through the day's notes from school. He apparently brushed off Simone so he could stay with Jade. When he met up with Simone, she started teasing Jade. This must have been enough to prompt Nick to break up with her. Finally Jade and Nick's relationship might be on track!
