I almost expect the music to turn slightly darker in her shot. I remember there in Heartbreak High, there was one of the main characters that was a bit of a loner and during the credits the music took that brief darker turn it does for his shot (I think he was on some swings and played Lara Cox's brother, but it's over ten years since I watched this show over summer on BBC2.

Also finally completed the 1988 Scene Counts and though this probably should go in the other thread, well it's a dead thread.

So, what can we take. I wonder if this will the only time a character appears in a 1000 scenes in the one season. The Fletchers are helped by the Pilot, but they clearly have the largest number of scenes, though primarily in the first 100 episodes. Since Episode 100 to the end of the season, Celia appears in nearly as many scenes as Pippa despite her trip to Tahiti.

Surprised at how far Lance and Martin appear, but especially towards the end of the year whilst Alf, Ailsa, Roo could drift by with a few scenes per week, but they actually churned them out. 4 characters lasted the entire year and yet still appeared less than Lynn. Had she continued at that rate throughout the year she would have 782 scenes, or 4th overall.

Thanks, what about Alison?

I'm loving Morag and her storyline. How weird how her and Celia are living together?? That picture in the intro is great too.

My God, Stacey is such a stuck-up little cow!!! Look at the way she was portrayed as the poor little victim, while the knights in shining armour (Tom — cuddling and kissing her better, and Phillip — mouthing off at Nicholas for "knocking women around" [my emphasis]).

One of those brick-through-the-TV moments.

Stacey is awesome, one of my favourite characters.

And I've noticed that Phillip's a much better actor when he's not being so serious and joking around a bit. When he's trying to act all serious he's pretty average. I like having him on the show though, good guy.

But for a doctor, wouldn't you expect he'd have more intelligence than to have to ask around for help on how to talk to Stacey where a simple "Hi Stacey, how are you" to her face would suffice?? I find this quite bizarre to be honest.......

Great episode today (Thursday).

Lance is hilarious, Martin's trying to make a go of himself and Lance is determined to just continue being the clown.

Bobby is a champion. Morag thinking she's about to pull one over Bobby, yet Bobby's got the same thing in mind. :D

Oh, and Donald is a gun.
