H&A should be filmed in other cities in Australia for special editions which they have done a few times in the past but it should be done more as it is an interesting change of scenery. Theo Posted September 24, 2019 Report Share Posted September 24, 2019 I'm used to seeing only indoor scenes of Northern Districts Hospital, and the locations section on the website only shows externals up to 2010, but in Friday night's episode they showed a couple of new shots.
