All the times Alf says "you flamming galah".. It sounds bad, but I'm not sure.. Would be handy if anyone can check that out, if the episode is on YouTube. If it's correct, then I'd say that's pretty strong language for 6.30pm Aus, 5.10pm UK! Red Ranger 1 Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 "Friggin'" is what's known as "mince swearing", a word that is used in place of a swear word but isn't one, like "flipping" or "flaming"(which gets used quite a lot by someone, not sure who...).
