Home and Away returns to Australia

The date that the show returns to Aussie screens has finally been revealed. A promo revealed that a “refreshed” Home and Away will return to Seven on Monday January 21st at 7:00pm.

Home and Away’ss New Zealand Return

The show is returning in New Zealand on the same date, Monday 21st January at 5:30pm on TV3. It resumes just one week behind the Australian broadcasts, with the first episode back being Episode 5656.

It hasn’st yet been revealed whether the Kiwi network will air the hour and a half 2012 season finale in its entirety on Wednesday 23rd. Australia’ss Seven Network aired Episodes 5658-60 back to back on the final day of the season in a ‘sfeature length’s special. The episodes would have normally aired from Wednesday – Friday.

A special Home and Away Omnibus will air the day before the show returns to New Zealand, recapping the final week of the country’ss 2012 season. Fans who want to remind themselves how things ended can catch this on Sunday 20th January, 10:10am on TV3.
