Summer Bay Shootout!

Summer Bay is gripped by terror as gun-toting Sarah takes Jesse hostage!

A day of terror is about to unfold in Summer Bay. Drug-crazed Sarah goes on a rampage with a gun and no one is safe!

Jesse’ss life is in grave danger when he is confronted and shot at the gym by the psychotic woman, who was the girlfriend of the murdered Felix (Josh Lawson).

Brandishing a gun, Sarah (Luisa Hastings Edge) takes Jesse hostage and threatens to kill him unless he tells her who took Felix’ss life. There’ss little Jesse can do to calm the young woman, who is clearly delusional.

“When Sarah first came to the Bay, no-one really knew her story,” says Ben Unwin, who plays Jesse. “But she was obviously connected with Felix.

“Jesse knows her history now, but hasn’st really had anything to do with her. Then she turns up at the gym one night to join as a member. Jesse says it’ss really late and tlls her he’sll do it tomorrow, but she becomes really pushy and insists that he sign her up now.

“Jesse starts to get a bit worried. He tries to rush her out and then she pulls the gun on him, but he really doesn’st think she is going to shoot him.

“Jesse has a criminal past and he’ss dealt with people like Sarah before. While he’ss freaked out, he’ss trying to mediate with her and calm her down based on his past experiences. He’ss trying to make her face reality, but he really is on the edge.”

Realising that Jesse is trapped in the gym with Sarah, Kane (Sam Atwell) phones Summer Bay Detective Peter Baker (Nicholas Bishop). Rushing to the gym with Robbie (Jason Smith) and Tasha (Isabel Lucas), Kane is horrified to hear a single gunshot and then see Sarah escaping.

Jesse has been shot and blood is pouring from his face! Will he be okay?

“Robbie is holding an unconscious Jesse,” says Ben. “There’ss blood everywhere.”

Soon after, Detective Baker arrives and orders everyone to stay together at Sally (Kate Ritchie) and Flynn’ss (Joel McIlroy) house until Sarah is located.

“Peter gives everyone a rundown on what they should do and how they should remain together,” says Kip Gamblin, who plays fellow Summer Bay resident Scott Hunter. “It’ss very scary stuff.”

Meanwhile, Jesse is rushed to the hospital in a critical condition! Will he survive the night?

Toxic Shock!

Dani is burnt in a very suspicious accident!

While Jesse finds himself in a terrifying situation this week, another Summer Bay favourite is also in danger.

Dani Sutherland’ss (Tammin Sursok) hands are severely burnt by toxic chemicals left in her home by the crazed Sarah.

“There’ss some really creepy stuff happening in the Bay at the moment,” says Kip Gamblin, who plays Dani’ss boyfriend Scott Hunter. “It’ss full-on.

“Scott is angry when Dani’ss hands are burnt. It’ss easy to put two and two together and see Sarah was behind it.”

Meanwhile, Dani is in terrible pain. And Scott finds himself worrying about his girlfriend’ss frame of mind when she admits she wants to hurt Sarah.

“Sarah has a real vendetta and she’ss going to get worse,” Kip hints.

What will happen next?

French Connection

Oblivious to the terror unfolding in their hometown, Hayley (Bec Cartwright) and Noah (Beau Brady) are loving their romanctic honeymoon at Bondi Beach.

But everything could change when Hayley wins a one-year scholarship in Paris through an art competition!

Unfortuently her new husband won’st be able to go and she decides not to take the prize.

“Hayley feels at no stage would she agree to leave Noah behind,” Bec says.

Realising Hayley would be giving up, Noah is equally adamant. She must go to paris, with or without him!
