Kyle using the name 'Kylie' (a name that he hates, and which has been used against him in the past) was a way of taking the wind out of Heath's sails. I think people often do that as a self-defence mechanism. You get the insult in first, before the bully can, and then they don't have anything to say. It puts them on the back foot and it's a way of protecting yourself. I think Heath and Brax should both feel very ashamed of themselves! I thought it was time for some home truths! Eight months would be a long time to sit and stew about things. His anger is obviously more to do with the loss of Aaron, but I think it was something that he needed to say, and something that Brax and Heath definitely needed to hear. They've both hurt him in their own ways. They need to make amends for that. 'Coming out' to them could sort of be viewed an act of defiance too (a way to show them that he doesn't really care what they think of him). You'll have to wait to see how they react. Yeah, I have been exceptionally cruel to poor old Kyle. Are you really that surprised?! Yeah, I thought Josh might be more inclined to trust someone with ties to the Bay, and if I'm honest, I just wanted to have Sid in a story. In any case, it's a very small town, so you'd imagine they would have run into each other at some stage? Despite that, I'm going to pretend that they didn't

Really interesting idea. I liked the way you kept us guessing with each couple as to who the father was, but I really wasn't expecting Brody to be with Charlie! very different. Interesting chapter. Roger was very quick to take the word of a self-confessed murderer over his own member of staff I realise that they have to take allegations like that seriously but surely some common sense should also be used in the circumstances? ... And I was disappointed in Tess that she didn't believe Riley either. Sounds like Josh's parents might be as dangerous and demented as their son?! Looking forward to the next chapter x

Oooh! Nice twist! Uncle Derek, eh?! Love it! Ray and Derek continue to be quite funny. Love their interaction. Glad Ray tried to stick up for Kyle but it looks like Derek might not be that easy to persuade! Wonder if Kyle knows about his inheritance (that I guess is being held in trust?) I suspect not.

Great chapter. I'm not sure that Olivia talking to Hunter is what he needs right now. He has actively been trying to avoid her, and I get that it's pretty difficult in a small town, but unless she's there to say 'you know what? I think we should get back together', I think she needs to give him space to grieve. I think VJ may have made a mistake here (or maybe not? ). Looking forward to the next chapter.

Loved this! I can understand Heath's concerns but I think Bianca has shown that she's devoted to the kids. Having one of her own might be different but I don't think it would mean she'd love the other two any less. What a time to be having this conversation though?! It's actually very true to character! I could so see them having this conversation in the delivery suite just like this. They do like their drama! Loved the interaction between Darcy and Bianca too. Very touching.

No, I believe he's always been the eldest. I think I remember Justin saying that Tori acts like she is, or maybe Tori said that she feels like she is? (or both?) The implication has always been that Justin is a bit childish and that she's had to be the 'mammy' figure for the three brothers.

Great chapter. I appreciate that VJ's frustrated about not being able to help but I think he needs to take a more subtle approach since Hunter's so clearly on the defensive. He obviously feels like he's being attacked from all angles. Billie and VJ were sweet and I'm glad she talked some sense into him. Looking forward to the next chapter x

Ooh, interesting chapter. Good to get some insight into this guy Josh's relationship with Tess. He sounds like he's really messed up! (And scary!) Liked the interactions between the different characters too. What a terrible thing for the whole family to have to deal with, but it's even worse for Tess because she blames herself Really enjoying this x

Ooh very funny chapter Have to say, I really like Ray! He's not the brightest spark though, is he? Mind you, Derek doesn't sound like the most put together guy either. Maybe Ray getting roped into this plan of Derek's could turn out well for Kyle since he doesn't sound too invested in any of this? Hopefully his conscience will win out. I wonder why Derek is so intent on killing Kyle in the first place?

Haha! Yeah, I think a lot of people might feel that way! Oh god! Hadn't thought of that! Now that really would drive someone crazy! Phoebe's nasal throaty singing and only her to keep you company?! She'd spend the whole time complaining that you weren't focused enough on her and her needs. This is true. At least he hasn't manifested as anything bad. He's using him as a coping mechanism, as he says himself. I think it's fair to say that this isn't normal behavior, and even he knows that, despite his obvious mental distress. That's a really interesting question! I had actually kind of forgotten about his drinking being a problem. They've obviously decided to shelve that then. I know he was drinking when the two couples (Josh and Evie / Matt and Maddy) went to the city and Josh proposed. They had a bottle of champagne. But I don't remember the first time I saw him with alcohol since his 'troubles'. Was he drinking at the formal at the start of 2016? I'm not sure... He certainly doesn't seem to be at all worried about it now though
