Loved this flashback. I do think Phoebe should really have told Brax and Nate (in the circumstances!), and not relied on them having his medical files. It would have saved a lot of time and maybe even saved his life! I can understand Kyle's concerns too. He didn't want his relationship with Phoebe to become a sort of 'nursemaid' one. He wanted to be a 'normal' boyfriend to her and for them to do 'normal' stuff. I'm glad she reacted the way she did. Looking forward to the next chapter x

It's a bit of a stretch for Brax to blame Kyle's fainting fit on Casey. He couldn't have known that Kyle hadn't taken his medication. That was his own fault! I can understand him being annoyed at him for shirking his responsibilities and leaving Kyle to cover his shift but then again, he did say he'd do the next two days. In any case, Kyle was being very silly not telling Brax and the others about his medical condition. what if something happened to him?! They'd need to know what to do! Poor guy though! So full of insecurities!

I like Luc's style! She's not fazed by anything is she?! I reckon that big sharp-horned goat would taste pretty good in that curry! (rubs tummy ) Loved John Dad, Dad John, 'that guy I used to live with''s relationship with Jett, and the 'no no no no no no no' that definitely sounded like the John we all know and love. Sounds like Zac is gradually disintegrating (like any good crew member of The Flying Dutchman would on his return to dry land). Leah's in for a pleasant evening! lol!

Really nice that Heath and Brax reacted the way they did to Tamara's bullying, and that Casey stood up for him too. Looks like part of the reason for Tamara's attitude was her own insecurity. She picked on Kyle because he was good at maths and she wasn't. Always the way with bullies. At least she backed down when she saw he was ill. What a nice boy though, to offer to tutor her when she'd been nothing but mean! Continue to enjoy these flashbacks. Looking forward to the next chapter x

Awww! How I would love it if Oscar was off working for NASA (instead of being squashed flat by something heavy! ) Loved Raffy using her feminine wiles to charm the two geeks and steal the space gun. Not sure that plan to enlarge her boobs was a particularly good one, although I'm sure most girls have wished for bigger (or smaller) boobs at some stage. So glad to get an explanation for Mason's disappearance EVERY SINGLE TIME something serious is happening with his family, lol! (nice little jibe there!) Love how Justin hasn't got the slightest clue about food, Tori decided to treat her brother's allergy with a burst of radiation, and Chris and Irene are a right pair of eejits trying to steal Brody's recipes. Too many little jokes to point out Very clever and funny! Really looking forward to the next chapter to find out what the story is with 'ghostlike' Zac?

Great chapter! God, that was awful what the boys did! I can understand Heath feeling guilty but really they should all feel very ashamed of themselves! Crying over his death now feels a little bit like crocodile tears. Poor guy!

That was truly excellent! Loved loved loved it! So, that's how Josh regained his eyesight (and recovered from being brain dead!) and why he went out and killed Charlotte! That makes a lot more sense than what the show would have us believe! Love how Nate's punishment is to drive all his girlfriends crazy (that makes sense too!). So, everything has a price? I'm trying to figure out what Zac's trying to tell VJ. You have me scratching my noodle alright! A very well told story! Loved Tori drawing doodles of Buddy too, and having nothing but that and a menu for the diner on her clipboard and how useless everyone at the hospital is (that's actually probably a fair assessment! lol!) Wonder if Nate enjoyed his shortbread in the end? You can't beat a bit of shortbread and a cup of tea, can you?

That's because I like him so much, lol!

I started re-reading bits of it myself and I can definitely see a lot of places where it could be improved, but like I told you before, this was my first story. Really glad you enjoyed it! The question is, what did happen in Episode 9?

Love Alf's blase attitude at the end there! 'Oh well, at least I didn't get eaten!' Again, a lot of nice imagery here with Alf and his pink fishing rod, slippers, and the fact that he was sitting on his hat... Scarlett putting on lip gloss at the traffic lights... The shark trying to decide which one of the figures on shore looked the tastier! Lol! And again, I'm intrigued by the significance of this book and its seeming ability to give Luc the power of speech. Very mysterious! Impatiently awaiting the next chapter! haha!

Chris and Brody aren't in it either, and neither is Aden so they're probably safe enough! Lol!

Oh my god! ...That was brilliant! So well written! Loved all your little jibes at Phoebe's singing, and the less than pleasant (but amusing) imagery of her and Justin going at it next door while poor Brody's desperately trying to fend off a demonic doll. Stay away from the blue smarties, eh?! And what is Raffy's problem with Brody's beard?! (I, for one, quite like it! ) Love your clever use of language in this. Very funny.

Nice memory for Roo to have of Kyle. He was obviously pretty different from his brothers!

Loving the flashbacks! This one was really lovely too. I always loved the relationship between Kyle and Ricky in the show, and in some ways, it would have been nice if there'd been this kind of age difference where she was more of a mum to him. Very sweet

Aw, that was a very sweet memory. I'm glad Brax tried his best to make Kyle feel welcome. Sad that he had such low expectations. He obviously wasn't used to having much.

Just remembered that scene with Smithy and Ricky way back at the beginning and thought it would be funny to bring that back in. Who knows where I get my ideas from?! Have you listened to that song?!
