So I don't know Super Mario well enough to understand all the references but I'm guessing that's where the monkeys throwing coconuts come in? Why is the snake wearing eyeshadow? Really enjoyed the 'Here's Johnny!' Shining reference and John waiting to see whether they got it or not And now we know why all the animals are super-sized! That was a little careless of Hunter to just leave those pills lying around! And given Hunters propensity to go psycho, I don't think anyone wants him to be super-sized!

Haha! Thought you might like that! He does have to get his kicks somewhere doesn't he?! Now, would I do that to Heath?! They are pretty impressive actually! Like really freaky! You can see the baby's whole face in perfect detail. Maybe I'm giving Heath too much credit but I like to think that he's grown up a lot and I'd hope that having another baby on the way (especially after Rocco) would make him want to be more responsible. Obviously in this reality, the specials never happened, so there's been no Gunno kidnapping Bianca, or any climbing through air conditioning shafts. He's been living a family life with the woman he loves and hasn't felt the need to go looking for crime filled excitement. Yeah, can't imagine Brax letting things go without an answer. Love it! Oscar funding his dreams of working for NASA with a taco truck, and getting to fly the enterprise Really liked John taking Marty Ash out in a hail of conkers! Haha! And John threatening Hunter. Which one is more of a psycho? That is the question This is a pretty weird place for Hunter and Olivia to choose to live, with its Super Mario mushrooms and quicksand gobbling Billie up. Like I said before, maybe not the best choice of location for a honeymoon, but I guess it depends if you're looking for long romantic walks on the beach or a bit of adventure

Well, things with Billie and VJ went better than I thought they might. Looks like his timing is just spectacularly bad but I'm glad she didn't push him away completely. Now is when she needs him most! Loved the scene with Raffy and Phoebe. Good to see that she has such a strong relationship with her 'mum' and 'dad'. Chezza having a part in this is definitely interesting! I love her. Raffy does need to find out what the story is with Brody though so I'm glad she agreed to see him. Really intrigued by the Ash storyline. Love how you're drip feeding little clues. Kyle and Darcy Bennett now? hmm.... You also made me feel sorry for Ash (not something that's easy to do ) Looking forward to the next chapter x

Poor Oscar! Held hostage all this time! because he didn't want to risk losing all his Star Wars memorabilia... and all just so that Hunter can pass his exams?! Love it! haha! Still, it's better than getting smooshed by something really heavy! Really enjoyed Matt getting motion sickness from his over-excited kangaroo (and admitting that travelling by kangaroo isn't without its drawbacks. No-one really wants to sit around in goo all day!) Someone had better get Matt some tacos soon too! haha! And uh-oh! Hope VJ can get Luc back from Ash, and that Billie makes it out of the quicksand alive! This place really wasn't the best choice of destination for a honeymoon, was it?! lol!

Thanks for the lovely comments, folks! It wasn't the happiest of chapters but then I like my misery, don't I?! Am I wrong about Ash hating drugs? I was pretty sure that Ash was anti drugs but now I'm wondering if I've missed something? I know he supplied Duncan's wife with some weed but it was for medical reasons and because he remembered how much his mum had suffered with her cancer. I thought there was a whole thing with Billie where he said how much he hated drugs? But maybe I'm imagining that? I also thought that it was the reason for the falling out with Gunno. Didn't Ash rat on Gunno about his drug smuggling operation in the prison? And then ended up being a courier to protect Brax? Hmm.... Maybe I've got that wrong? Oh well, if I'm wrong then I guess things are different in this reality!

Again, VJ shows what a lovely boy he is. The only problem here (and it's a pretty big one) is that they aren't romantically involved (but I get the impression that VJ wishes things were different?) If that's the case, then somewhere in this lovely and very gallant gesture is a big serving of emotional blackmail and Billie is in no fit state to be dealing with that. Really like the way this story is developing. Looking forward to the next chapter x

Haha! Yeah, I'm probably coming across as some sort of militant feminist here! Just struck me as funny. Kyle was always very good with babies I thought Kyle's response was actually pretty reasonable! I think most people would be a bit more upset about some little octopus melting itself to their flesh. Kyle kinda took it in his stride! I have to admit, I was probably more than a little bit influenced by that (extremely disturbing) movie 'Society' that I saw when I was a kid (and far too young to be watching it ) so Kyle is very lucky that the baby didn't eat him! Lol! I couldn't do that to Kyle though. Everyone seems to complain about this on the site all the time, so we thought we'd fire it in. Can't take the credit for the idea though, that was Pembie! Ah no, I meant warm milk straight from the teat, lol! Frothy warm milk all over your cornflakes wouldn't be all that nice! For a moment there when you started talking about 'back in college' I thought you were gonna say you milked a kangaroo or something! Hahaha!

Ooooh!!! Interesting! Is Oscar still alive?! Or back from the dead? He certainly seems scared of Hunter, and Hunter seems very easily wound up at the mention of Oscar... love the image of John sharpening his axe in bunny slippers, and Evie sleeping in a spider's nest! Matt decided to put that kangaroo milk to good use after all! Yuck! (only because warm milk on cereal is just wrong, not because it's kangaroo milk. I'll reserve judgement on that until I've tasted it! ) Really enjoying Hunter's psycho nature shining through and the cracks in his maniacal grin starting to show. Love this!

Certainly an interesting idea. James obviously meant a lot to both fellas, but it would be especially hard for Kyle to deal with losing him in those circumstances. Nice little one shot

Hahaha! Love Matt's new mode of transport. Think it might be a bit gooey in there though? Still, there'd be milk on tap if he gets a bit peckish. I was worried that the mudcake might be something worse than mud, so that's a relief... but I can understand Hunter being less than enthusiastic about it Mason getting distracted by the squeaky toy is pretty funny too. Love it! hahaha!

Hahaha! Evie and Matt wheelchair jousting! That's some pretty funny imagery right there! Mason showing up in dog form was pretty random but he's really not willing to take no for an answer is he? Hunter giving the step that he tripped on his best death stare really made me giggle! I kinda miss his 'psycho Hunter' days. Nice to see it shine through in this story. Really liking your take on the custody battle, with Renie as an old hag trying to lure Luc into her shack, Ash (the apeman) trying to kidnap her, and VJ insisting that he's not going to let people fight over her... Ash getting distracted by bananas was pretty amusing too! Really looking forward to the next chapter x

Haha! Love it! This just keeps getting weirder and weirder! Phoebe's siren-like warbling convincing John to run around naked?!! Liv and Hunter still desperately trying to ignore how disgusting their house is, Tony the frog?! And now there's a kangaroo in hot pursuit of Evie and Matt in a high rise car park (not what I was expecting!) ...and Matt finding Evie's munching of chicken wings sexy? it takes all sorts, doesn't it?!

Yeah, I like the old Dimitri better too I was a bit sad to do this to him. It does kind of feel like he died. Thanks for reading! x

Hunter and Olivia's house sounds delightful! It was quite the surprise to find that John Palmer has ended up as their butler 'for his sins'! lol! And I liked the King of the Castle trying his damnedest to pretend that the place is great, while Liv plasters on the fakest smile ever! Very funny! A chinese buffet and a high rise car park now? Oh where, oh where do you get your ideas from?! hahaha! Wonder what the beady eyed monster is (I have an inkling?) and what it wants with poor Matt and Evie?! Oh yeah, and breathy shouty Justin as a sat nav! lol!

I liked him... but this was always part of my plan for the story. I did consider changing it a bit so I could keep him 'good' but I decided against it. I guess Josh is just collateral damage though if the end game is a big drug bust. Hahaha! You do make me laugh!!! Well, you did say it was going to be wacky! And you certainly delivered! So funny! Love VJ and Billie finding time to throw innuendo at each other, flirt, and for Billie to get annoyed at VJ for theoretically 'bird watching', all while being under attack from some killer big bird! Oh my god! I love this! sounds like Justin's garage really does have a lot to answer for! I dont envy Matt his time in hospital having to eat revolting rice pudding (made by Leah? ) At least it wasnt crumble! ...and getting bed baths from unappealing nurses. At least Evie has shown up to save the day! Tori and Nate fighting over who gets to give Matt the news was hilarious, and what a way for VJ to run into Billie! Brilliant! Darn it! I thought I might get you with that last chapter! Lol! You're made of stone my friend! (shakes head) This is true! An Italian stallion who didn't even know it, and he's even younger than her! And now she has two restaurants she can eat in for free! Yeah, the Pheebster kind of surpassed herself in selfishness in this story. I don't actually think she's a completely unsympathetic character though. She was meant to be kind of funny. Could have been worse. Could have been 13 months! Haha. Glad you enjoyed it!

Yeah, they have gotten themselves into quite the mess, haven't they?! Kyle really didn't think this through at all. He might not be seeing Aaron anymore but I'm not sure he's thinking all that rationally... Hopefully you won't have to wait too long to find out what happens! I'm not sure I remember too much about that time to be honest. You think Kyle took more to do with him than the others did? I do remember that scene when he was getting ready for the formal.
