Thanks and don't get me wrong I really like Hunter now as he seems such a truly very nice guy. But it is bit unrealistic that Hunter was once a very dangerous guy who didn't care who he hurt and then the next day Hunter is the nicest guy in town.

Hunter seems such nice guy now. But did Zac and Leah ever find out it was Hunter that burnt their house down?

I love how gentle and concerned Andy was being towards Marilyn when he saw her at the beach after Marilyn run from hospital. It shows Andy is a decent person deep down.

I for one wish they'd made Celia a regular on her return in 2013, as I think they need to replace Colleen with another 'busybody', and it's also nice to have older female characters on the show. Irene still seems more of a middle-aged character.

I think it's been mentioned that there's no Bible as such, as for that line, sadly it just shows that the actors on H&A have absolutely no say. If they did, Ray would have told milions of times that Alf is not like he is written now. What's wrong with the way Alf is written?. He is still the same old Alf!.

I know that it was understandable in 1990 that Pippa should be recast as Tom had only died a few months before, and there's no way she'd leave the bay with the kids so soon afterwards. But I reckon if they did the storyline right they could have brought in Debra as a new character, maybe a friend of Pippa's from the city who was already close to the family, who comes to visit and could see Pippa was not coping with living in Summer Bay anymore. Then the friend played by Debra tells Pippa to take a break from Summer Bay and promise to take care of things whilst she's gone, with Pippa leaving and later sending word that she's not returning. Because I think Vanessa deserved to keep her character and Debra deserved to play a fresh new character. Then Vanessa could have made guest returns like Debra, and could be part of the Fletcher reunion in 2000, as it did not feel the same with Pippa played by Debra.

What's so bad about good-looking people?. If someone is good-looking then I don't see why they should not be cast if they are a good actor!. I don't think everyone in the show is good-looking and I don't think Hunter is good-looking, I am not saying that he is ugly but I am by no means saying he is good-looking like characters such as Kyle/Matt/Hannah/Leah who are good-looking.

I say Ada will take over Kate as she only needs to stay on show for other 6 more years and 2009 was already 6 years ago. and therefore six years goes fast. Thanks Dan F. I Think she would have made a more youthful Pippa than Vanessa and Debra. So was that photo around the time Home and Away started?. She looks like Fiona Hughes who played Patty in Charmed.

Not quite, Don was part of the main cast for 3456 episodes - Leah is currently at 3410 episodes. She'll overtake him when Episode 6250 airs (last week of July from a quick calculation) Thanks!.

Just to note that Leah has now over taken Donald in episodes, so Leah is now the fourth character to appear in most episodes! Leah's arrival is the first episode when I starting to watch the show regularly!

I think it be funny for Morag to be telling Alf "You're even worse then me when I was mentally unwell and friendless!"

It's all very well saying we want Morag back but what would her character be doing other than delivering her 2 cents worth!. I mean I love Morag but after the way she was in 2011 when she was doing next to nothing for 6 months I think it's best if she does not return unless there's a proper storyline for her!.

While Irene is a fun character she still seems like an adult character!. I've been waiting for five years for when Irene becomes a regular and here we are. Dan F, you remember in the 1989 thread when you told me I would have a while to wait before Irene arrives. Well it feels like no time has passed!. Has anyone noticed that after each ad break and in the TV guide they just call it Home & Away now and no longer called Home and Away the Early Years. Seven must think Early years ended at 1993!.

Roxy is the only girl in her age group at the moment as everyone else is either 21 or younger or 40 or older.

Omg only 20 episodes until the end of the 1994 season. That's half way for us to pick up our next character who never leaves us - Leah!. So when we get to 1994 we will be at the halfway half point to losing Ailsa! Before you know we'll be watching Shane and Angel's wedding!.

Does anyone love Irene and Ailsa's friendship?.

Pippa has been so much more likeable in this season, in 1991 and 1992 she was rather unlikeable. I can see how how people grew to like Michael and Pippa more than Tom and Pippa!

Irene already feels well connected to the Bay!.
