Gardy reminds me of a Bond villain with his funny voices and endless joking at everyone's expense. I think the actor does a brilliant job. I was looking at his face in close ups, its quite a good looking face but of course he has grown all this hair for the part. I wonder what he looks like normally.

I haven't read the episode guides but I just wanted to say: 'Thanks for everything you do, all staff on BTTB.' Home and Away has kept me going for the last few difficult years and it has been so nice to find a really good forum for fans, instead of just a generic 'soap fans' one

But isn't autism autism though? People have certain features and characteristics which mean they have autism, otherwise they wouldn't be diagnosed with autism. Hope that makes sense

I agree exactly with what you've said KirstyEkua [even though I'm not supposed to know yet what happens :whistle:]. Its about time HAA showed a gay couple and I hope they show it properly.

I think its great that HAA have brought in a disabled character, and this young actor is amazing. He was in Out of the Blue playing a teenage tearaway, completely different. Very talented.

Hi Ranger old chap Thanks for your comments I can't remember now but I think I just got sick of the storyline about Ceri and his mother Sometimes - well usually in fact- I don't know where my ideas come from and they aren't really logical, they tend to write themselves however they want to. Its a mystery...

Well Liam, I would love to see a fic about Jude, Noah and all that lot again. What if Shauna had Really had an affair with Flynn? That would have been interesting... [it was Flynn mark 1 that she had fantasies about wasn't it?]

I liked this story and seeing Drew and Belle in the future, that is always interesting. Perhaps she looks really different from how she used to, which is why he didn't recognise her. Men are hopeless at recognising people

Thanks Eli. I'm glad you liked the inclusion of Alf and Robbie because originally I put Alf in to fit in with QA's stringent guidelines but then I left them in because I thought it would make people laugh.

Great story, nice to see something about another character who isn't Aden/Belle [even though I do like them]. I'd forgotten how much loss Tony has suffered in his life. No wonder he isn't a loud, confident, in yer face type person. This story reminded me of someone I know who lost their dad, big sister and one year old son within a few years- how do people cope with all that?

They would be an interesting couple- she's so uptight and efficient, he's so laid back and casual. Maybe opposites will attract?

Thanks Zetti. I would love to write more but that pesky real life gets in the way Its funny, I called the kids Flynn and Beth for obvious reasons, but I realise that two of my daughter's friends are called Flynn and Beth, so they must be popular names at the moment..!

Thanks Ranger, Laurzy and QA. I'm overcome by your compliments, because I was really nervous about posting this., I wrote it a few weeks ago and have been agonising over it. I was worried that people would say 'she's not still going on about Lucas is she' or even worse: 'who are Ric, Mattie and Lucas?' Luckily they haven't been forgotten that quickly.

What a brilliant story, I wish I'd read this earlier. I couldn't stop reading til the end, like one of those books you can't put down If only this scene really happened in HAA, I'd love to see it. I particularly liked your representation of Drew- I'd forgotten what a hot head he is
