  1. Gosh you two are quick off the mark I must admit, I even made myself laugh with that episode. I did write it late at night when very tired, that's when I get good ideas for stories

    Glee

I've looked everywhere to see when the new series of Glee is being shown in Britain, but can't find it. Does anyone know?
  3. Oh bravo Mr Ranger Sir! I have been feeling a little out of sorts, reclining on my chaise longue, so that chapter lifted my spirits as much as a tot of brandy. But being a lady, I would never think to indulge in brandy of course!
  4. Thank you Carina and Jarliefan, glad you like it
  5. Gosh its not THAT steamy! Its not as steamy as my real book, as you know I definitely shan't be looking at Romeo the same way now hahahaha!
  6. Bravo, round of applause for Mr Red Ranger! You've taken the story forwards most admirably, sir. Hm... I'll have to get my thinking cap on.... I fear this story is heading away from the scandalous original, I may have to drag it back to more raunchiness, dear ladies and gentlemen... I am sure that will meet with your approval...
  7. Oh, Kirsty, I had forgotten that comment about Kim. It just struck me as so obvious that the writers had set Roman up as a fitness fanatic and Tony as the caring father to underline who the best choice for Rachel would be. Roman didn't have to be doing pressups and Tony didn't have to be looking after Lucas. It was all a big set piece.
  8. No, I was being sarcastic too. Usually I use a 'whistle' smiley but there isn't one on BTTB.
  9. Three foot taller LOL! So, Rachel was 4 feet tall, Kim was 7 feet tall?
  10. Yes, Kim! You were a very naughty boy! tut tut tut I never liked him, but to be fair it was mainly cos he was obviously far too old to portray a school boy, which wasn't his fault. What were the casting people thinking?
  11. I never thought there was anything wrong with Rachel wanting a baby, its normal for women to want children. I think it was just the script writers making it seem obsessive, when they could have made it normal, with Rachel explaining how she felt to Leah, or someone. It seemed obsessive when she was with Kim, because I thought it was obvious he was far too young for her and not old enough to be a father. But then of course, Kit came along, and proved me wrong
  12. Really Kirsty? I got a totally different impression, that Tony was just giving in to Rachel wanting a baby. Kind of: if he wanted to be Rachel's husband, he had to accept that she would want a baby super quickly, it was just part of the deal, like it or not. I think often Tony/ Jon looks indecisive and his lines just tail off as if he isn't sure what he wants. Maybe its just his expression. Anyway, its a good thing they had Harry, its always better to have a baby than not. And also, you never know, one day Harry Holden may turn up in H&A in the future, like Martha did. Wouldn't that be amazing? He could bring his aged parents along, perhaps with his brothers and sisters...
  13. Oh, I have such a bad memory! I can't remember Tachel with Jack. But maybe I have just blanked Jack out of my memory cos I really didn't like him! However, I have just remembered a funny scene. Anyone remember when Rachel was trying to decide between Roman and Tony? She was standing on the beach looking from one to the other. Roman was doing pressups like the terminator or something And Tony was congratulating Lucas about something, taking care of him. You could see Rachel thinking 'hm, who would make a better father for my baby? A Rambo type figure, or a caring father figure?' It was so obvious.
  14. I just got the impression that Tony had been through the sleepless nights and baby sick times and didn't want to go through all that again 20 years later. I'm sure he said that at some point...
  15. Its a shame we never really saw Tachel with Jack and Lucas, it would have been nice to see how they all got on...
  16. Even though I wasn't a big fan or a big hater of Rachel, I do have some opinions on her. I liked her with Hugh, and I think she should have got together with.... Miles! They both wanted children desperately and could have had loads, all lived at Summer Bay house happily ever after. Both are caring types, both have wavy messy hair LOL! She was okay with Tony, but he didn't really want more children and I didn't like the way she more or less forced him to have a reverse vasectomy
  17. The Thirteenth Warrior- creepy and scary but historically interesting. Galaxy Quest- brilliant mickey take of sci fi and its fans.
  18. Thanks for the encouragement, Carina I think this is a good time of year to write silly stories, cos H&A is having a summer break.
  19. Well, I like to keep you on your toes I'll send you a PM with my plans if you like...
  20. Oh a round of applause for you sir! What a masterful chapter! I must say what a forward young lady Nicole is, the poor pursued gamekeeper must have rued the day he set eyes on her (not!). And Miss Buckton being a writer of fiction, a masterstroke. I do fear that you may have to wait awhile for my next instalment, dear sir. I will be hard pressed to weave all the strands of this story together, I will wait for my muse to appear I will also have to stop laughing, which I fear will be a feat quite impossible to achieve at present. Bravo!
  21. If that's okay? Don't feel pressurised, have an artistic crisis and have to recline on the chaise longue
  22. Yes, it could be very interesting with the under gamekeeper under Lady Nicole's feet all the time...
  23. Oh, capital, dear sir! Just what I hoped, a skilled advancement of the story. Please allow me to applaud you with heartfelt appreciation! I laughed out loud a lot at your episode
  24. Yes, I've no idea even what a gamekeeper does LOL! Strangely all I can think of is Sean Bean seducing Lady Chatterley in his rough, working class game keeper's hut Maybe that was in his job description...!
