Rhys publicly declares Dylan his son. The Sutherlands vote on whether to remain a family or not. Jesse succumbs to Angie’s advances. Hayley discovers money is missing from the gym accounts. Noah decides to run for council.
Extended Summary
Jade and Kirsty have mixed emotions about how that feels about Dylan now being a part of their family. Angie and Rhys have an argument. Hayley catches Jesse and Angie at the Gym alone, and becomes suspicious.
The Sutherlands have a meeting as to whether Rhys should move backi in or not. Jade is the only one who doesn’t want him to move back in, so she and Shelley have a talk about why she feels this way.
Hayley confides in Noah about Jesse’s feelings for her, and tells him not to tell Jesse that she has told him.
Shelley and Rhys try to find another way to sort out their situation. Nick and Dylan nearly get into a fight at school over Kirsty’s letter. Jade tells Nick that Dylan is her brother.
Angie tries to talk to Jade, but Jade tells her off. Nick tells Dylan to keep away from the girls. Jesse and Hayley find out where the money went, it was the money Alf had in his apartment. Jade has a change of heart and tells Shelley that she now thinks it better for Rhys to come home.
Jade gives an invitation to Dylan to go out for tea with the whole family, and when he tells Angie, she is not impressed. Dylan and the Sutherlands go out to the diner for tea, and Rhys tells everyone in the diner that Dylan is his son, and most of them are shocked.
