Fisher receives some life altering news. Vinnie begins to realise that Ralph has deceived him. Brodie breaks up with Alex.

Extended Summary
It seems relationships don’t last in Summer Bay, Brodie and Alex’s is another one to bite the dust. Brodie’s shattered and is finding it hard to be around people who are happily in love. It didn’t help when Dani invited Will over for Shelley and Rhys’s anniversary dinner. Brodie invited Alex, but he told her things were moving too fast. He said he needed some space. Brodie gave him the what for and said she didn’t want to be in a relationship with someone who was half-hearted about it. It will be interesting to see how Alex deals with it.
It’s back to square one with Fisher and Seb. At first Fisher refused to listen to Seb’s side of the story. Now Seb’s furious Fisher won’t believe him. Nick’s admitted to stealing the photo from Seb. Seb has now said he wants nothing more to do with Fisher. It’s such a mess, and no matter how many people Fisher suspends (he suspended Nick), nothing will make it better. Maybe in time Seb will learn to forgive and forget.
Everyone warned them, but they didn’t listen. Ralph apparently left for the doctor today. Soon afterwards, Alex gave Vinnie some invoices he found in the warehouse. When Vinnie added them together he found the cheques didn’t add up to the stock he’d paid for. When he tried contacting Ralph’s doctor, he realised they were in trouble when the doctor said he was an ‘obstetrician’, not an ‘oncologist’. The thing that put the final nail in the coffin was the note Leah found under Ralph’s pillow. Ralph pulled yet another con job, on his own family. Poor Vinnie and Leah are in real trouble now.
