Duncan tells the police that it was his fault that Alicia is dead. He says after he had got back to the surf club with his friends he thought he might be able to talk to Alicia and make her less mad at Shauna so he went back to the cliff alone and tried to explain to her that Shauna didn’t know Gavin was married at first, then Alicia started screaming at him and turned back around and just fell off the cliff, he climbed down to try and help her but it was too late, she was already dead. The police man tells Duncan he is free to go, Alf has a quiet word with the police man and tells him he thinks the story Duncan just told was made up just to get Shauna off the hook and he asks if Duncan will get in trouble if it’s all been a lie. When they get home, Shauna comes by and Alf has a go at her for making Duncan lie for her, she can’t Alf would think that of her.

Judith tells Irene that Nick fell asleep in class that day and it isn’t the first time it’s happened. At home, Irene has a talk to Nick about it and asks if he hasn’t been sleeping so well and tells him to go to bed now. Irene wakes up and goes downstairs to get a drink, as she passes Nicks door she hears him talking in his sleep and making noises, he too then wakes up and comes to get a drink of water. He says it was just a bad dream, he can’t remember what about though, he then goes straight back to bed.

Nick, Kirsty and Jade get questioned by the police again, they want to know exactly what Alicia was wearing. Jade remembered every detail of Alicia’s clothes, such as her shirt being buttoned right up to the top. Later on, the police man goes to ask Duncan some more questions, he asks what Alicia was wearing when he last saw her, he says a white top and an orange shirt wrapped around her shoulders. The police man says that this has convinced him that Duncan is telling the truth and was the last person to see Alicia alive and now the case is closed.

Harry is home alone and a stranger knocks at the door, she wants to use the phone because her car has broken down outside and it is pouring with rain. The strangers asks to use the bathroom, when she comes out she has taken her shirt off, and asks Harry if he has a hairdryer, he goes to get one and then Joel arrives back and wonders what is going on. Joel asks if he knows the woman from somewhere and she runs off, you hear her car start and drive off.

Gypsy is at the drop in centre working and gets a call from the mystery person saying “do you know what your boyfriend’s been up to?”, Gypsy slams down the phone.

Nick, Kirsty and Jade walk back to the Sutherlands house and when they get there they see Rhys getting under his car to fix it, and Nick runs up to him shouting “DON’T! GET OT OF THERE!” then he runs off.
