Jon was first seen in the gym at the Surf Club, asking for help with some of the equipment. A qualified fitness instructor wasn’t there at the time, so Kelli Vale stepped in and tried to give him some helpful advice. A while later, he screamed out in pain. He was taken to hospital with a neck brace on.

His lawyer went to visit Amanda and Kelli Vale and said that Jon wanted to sue the gym for $800,000. After Kelli Vale’s plan for her sister was over, Jon agreed not to sue.
