When Sally and Flynn became worried about Lara’s recent behaviour they went round of the Rogers house to see Lara’s parents. The second time they went Lindy was in, and after initially telling Sally and Flynn to leave, once aware of the problems that Lara was having she allowed Sally and Flynn to leave her.

Alan, her husband had left her and the banking got in a mess. Flynn got organised some help from the council and gave the Rogers’ finances.

In 2002, Lara mentioned to Seb that her mum was thinking of taking Alan back.
