Dan F Posted March 9, 2009 Report Share Posted March 9, 2009 Unfortunately there's not much we can do about it at this point in time - hosting providers set a limit on the maximum number of database connections, and the simple fact is that we're too popular. Of course we're constantly looking for ways around it, but unless something miraculous happens and one of us wins the lottery, or masses of people suddenly start donating to the site (I think the lottery is more likely), then there's only a limited amount of things that we can try at the moment.
