CHAPTER 9 Somewhere near summer bay (Johnny enters) JOHNNY: Where are the cops you promised? VALERIE: They’ll be here Johnny JOHNNY: That’s what you think! VALERIE: Mitzi will tell them what you look like! JOHNNY: To bad she won’t make it…. VALERIE: What have you done to her? JOHNNY: I shot her remember! VALERIE You are such a pig. JOHNNY: Thanks you're so kind! Gives an evil smile VALERIE: What are you planning? JOHNNY: Why would I tell you? Smiles (Johnny exits the building and walks over to a house nearby) JOHNNY: Hey fellows go and give her something to… eat and drink! Gives an evil smile Police station PETER: Are Jack and Fitzy back yet? BRAD: I haven’t seen them. PETER: I feel responsible….. BRAD: Why? What for? PETER: I kept something away from… BRAD: What is it? PETER: Never mind I was being silly! BRAD: Peter no one could have prevented this! PETER: You’re probably right! The Hospital (Rachel and Sally) SALLY: How could this have happened? RACHEL: Sally it could have been by mistake! SALLY: Or someone could have tried to kill her… RACHEL: Why do you say so? SALLY: Well she is the sister of Josh West that could be their motive. RACHEL: Well that could be but who? SALLY: I have no idea! RACHEL: Have you told Peter about this? SALLY: Well…..no! RACHEL: I think you have to tell him! SALLY: You’re probably right! Looks into Mitzi’s room How is she? RACHEL: She is doing better now… SALLY: What happened before? RACHEL: She flat lined… SALLY: Sighs What a relieve that she is okay! RACHEL: For now she is out of danger! Looks not sure of her own statement SALLY: Can I go in to see her? RACHEL: Sure Sal… Summer Bay High – Main corridor (Pupils are standing around whispering about why they think Mr Armstrong is full of blood and where Ms Fletcher is) CASSIE: I wonder were Sal has gone! BELLE: That too and why was Mr Armstrong covered in blood? MATILDA: I have no idea…. CASSIE: I’m gonna call Sal and find out where she is! Takes out her cell and calls Sally Hey Sally! Sally: Hello Cass, Is everything alright? CASSIE: Why was Brad covered in blood this morning? SALLY: Cass Mitzi was shot and Brad saved her that’s why he had blood on his shirt! CASSIE: What!!
