It wasn't absolutely amazing and it's not something I'd rate 5 stars, but it was certainly watchable. The love story behind it was beautiful. Not really much else to say. Formerly Known as FKAJ Posted May 25, 2008 Report Share Posted May 25, 2008 The Departed, which was about even with Magnolia - It didn't keep me glued to the screen the same way, but it still had more to recommend about it, ie. it was Scorsese, Damon and DiCaprio at their best. Also, it was in 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die. That said, I was shocked to hear Donald's comment to Daffy in the piano duel scene, there was really no other way to interpret it.
