  1. Haha! Worryingly vivid at times! I know, I wouldn't harm a fly in real life but here I am writing serial killers! Lol! And why I've decided to be quite so cruel to the nicest guy on the show is anybody's guess... I wonder at myself sometimes.
  2. My goodness! Thank you! So glad you're enjoying it!
  3. Thanks Red! No, he's more than a little sex (and self) obsessed. Poor Brody has paid the price for it and now Mason's after someone else! Glad you're enjoying it. Haha, thanks FM, you'll just have to wait and see!
  4. Great chapter! Loved Matt and Ellie together. You write them very well. So sweet that she felt she could tell Matt something like that. Interested to see what happens with the Morgans with Hope and Raffy moving in, and I wonder where Olivia and Hunter have wandered off to. Looking forward to the next update x
  5. Yeah, poor Brody! Mason is pretty loony tunes and really doesn't have any empathy for anyone! Haha! I'm not sure why I decided to mangle Brody, considering that he's probably one of the most likeable characters the show has had in a long time, and I adore him! I guess, in this story, no-one is safe! No-one! Not even the characters that I like! Haha! Glad you both enjoyed it, and thanks for taking the time to comment x
  6. Really liked this chapter. A lot happening and a real feeling of community here. Loved Dex and VJ catching up. VJ needs a mate now that Hunter's gone, (along with all the other young men in the town) Tori's idea to have a girl's night out was good but I guess Justin sort of derailed that on her! They hooked up pretty quickly didn't they?! haha! Loved Matt and Evie's banter, and nice to see them together. They do have natural chemistry, and as you say there isn't really anyone else left. Looking forward to the next chapter! x
  7. Ellie and Raffy continue to be very cute! Loved Matt and Evie teasing each other too, and an interesting development for the Morgans. Looking forward to the next update x
  8. Oh dear! Looks like Evie will be hearing the pitter patter of little paws in the not so distant future then! Lol! She really doesn't seem too worried about young Mason /Buddy but far more interested in some dishy young scientist (can't say I blame her!) Loved it!
  9. Ellie and Raffy are so cute! Love them together Matt and Evie were pretty sweet too, and I'm interested to find out what Decker has to say. Looking forward to the next chapter x
  10. Wow! Amazing chapter! so good, I'm not even sure what to say. It was all great (loved Dex and Lottie) but the Oscar stuff at the end just gripped me. Yay! So Oscar's some secret agent? Was he wearing a black suit? Haha! Brilliant! That's definitely better than being flattened by something heavy! Lovely that he went back for Maddy too. Thanks Red x
  11. Great chapter! Really enjoyed Ray's perspective here. Really worried for Kyle though and wondering why Ray thinks that Kyle deserves to die? Intriguing. Really looking forward to the next chapter! x
  12. Aww, I love your stories! You're very funny! Wouldn't want to miss out!
  13. Hahaha! Brilliant! I was just thinking that we never see Mason and Buddy in the same place! This is so funny! I loved how Irene had nothing better to do with her time so she thought she'd join the band of bakers looking for revenge. Wiping those tables down must get pretty boring alright! Absolutely loved this! As for the bullet, he has had a fair bit of practice with the Braxtons hasn't he?! haha! Thanks for this Pembie, you certainly brightened up my tuesday!
  14. Oh, good that Kyle is starting to realise that they might not be alone. Ray really isn't too good at this whole stakeout thing, is he?! He also seems to have quite an issue with PDA, haha! Looking forward to the next chapter x
  15. Thanks Red I wasn't sure whether this story was pushing things a bit and maybe a little too dark in its subject matter... but it is fun to write so, hey... Mason does indeed have a plan! And it's pretty dastardly... haha! Thanks KittCatt, Jarlie & Kristen. Really glad you'e all enjoying it. I know... Poor Evie! What Mason has done to her is pretty awful , and it is a bit weird writing what is essentially a dark comedy about something like this. Hopefully Mason is ridiculous enough in his creepiness to make it land on the funnier side of things though, and not make you all very upset for his victims. He's a creepy little egotist isn't he?! Thanks FunkyMonkey (like the username ) Glad you're enjoying it! Thanks Pembie & Hward! You'll have to wait and see what Mason does with that rotavator... He is definitely more than a bit loolah though, so you'd be right to be worried! And as far as Buddy's concerned, they do always say that dogs are very good judges of character. Thanks for taking the time to comment everyone! Very much appreciated! I'll try to update this again some time before the weekend
  16. Interesting! I wonder who this 'mum' and Callie are? Poor Kyle's had a tough time of it, hasn't he? Being moved around so much. The scene with Phoebe was really nice and I liked that she was trying to reassure Kyle of how much his family and friends love him. Xavier has a bit of a temper on him, doesn't he?! He needs to cool down a little and stop jumping down people's throats! lol! Looking forward to the next chapter x
  17. Sorry if I'm being overly argumentative today Just a bit grumpy. I'd say this is probably true to some extent. I did think that what he did to Tank was more than a bit excessive. While I could understand his rage, it certainly didn't make it right, and he probably should have gotten in trouble for it. I do actually think that Josh should have served some time for giving Andy the false alibi, and for not coming forward about Charlotte, but considering the incredibly light sentences that people normally get on the show, Josh's was excessively cruel. Anyway, I did say that I'd give you the last word, yet here I am again... I'm gonna shut up now (zipping mouth... sorry!)
  18. Aw, very sweet little scene there. Sad that Kyle never really had people to care about him before, but lovely that he has so many people now. How true to life that the boys get to go muck about on the beach all day and behave like little kids, while the girls end up staying behind doing all the hard slog like they're their mothers! haha!
  19. I'm gonna leave it after this because we'll just go round and round in circles like we always do about Josh We aren't going to see eye to eye on this, ever... I'm sure you'll have an answer for this but I'm gonna let you have the last say, lol! I just went back to watch that scene too, just in case my memory was playing tricks on me. So...Josh is walking towards the SB house to see Evie when he notices Tank lurking around the caravans looking decidedly shifty. What he was intending to do, we'll never know (but I can't imagine that it was anything good). Josh sees him slip in between two vans so he follows him there, but when he gets to the other side, Tank has disappeared. He walks, quite tentatively into the darkness, trying to see if he can spot Tank. There wasn't anything aggressive in his behaviour that I could see, other than the fact that he was worried about what he was doing there, and wanted to protect Evie. He even had his phone in his right hand, so he didn't exactly look 'fight ready'. Tank could have slunk off into the darkness if he'd wanted to, he had that choice. He didn't have to do anything to Josh. Nothing had to happen. Instead he decided to hit Josh in the back of the head. I think 'the back of the head' part is actually pretty important here. Yes, Oscar hit Matt, and he shouldn't have, but he didn't sneak up on him in the dark. He came at him front on. Matt had the chance to put his hands up and protect himself. He didn't, but he could have. Walking up behind someone and hitting them in the back of the head seems particularly vicious and underhanded. It makes the victim completely defenceless, and the skull is much thinner there so you're more likely to do a lot of damage. Oscar also didn't leave Matt lying there unconscious in the dark. Tank stood for a good while, admiring his handiwork, staring down at Josh as he lay lifeless on the ground. Tank knew what he'd done but he chose to walk away. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think you might have viewed this whole attack a little differently if it hadn't been Josh that he left for dead, If he'd attacked someone like Oscar, for example, you might be jumping up and down about how evil he is. And actually, if the situation was reversed and Josh had hit Tank in the back of the head like that, you'd probably be shouting about 'attempted murder' and insisting that they lock him up forever! Anyway, looking forward to the next chapter, x
  20. Oh no! Poor Buddy! Loved Decker's answer as to whether they were safe or not. 'oh heck, who really knows?!' Love the fact that they're being pursued by angry bakers! Decker's concern that Matt might be concealing baking trays or rolling pins was pretty funny too.
  21. Oh god, i just love them! You write them so well! Really enjoying this!
  22. That's interesting. Do you just like his face more? He always came across as threatening and very manipulative. Even his female 'friends' tried to warn Evie to be careful around him, and Maddy was scared of him. I just went back to watch those episodes in case I was blowing things out of proportion. He held Evie hostage in that house, locking her in and taking away her phone, and he even becomes physically violent with her. There isn't actually a scene where she went to bed with him, but I think it's heavily implied. If she did, then it was very clear that she didn't have a choice. She's hugging him and visibly shaking and looking terrified, but she's having to play lovey dovey with him to calm him down. He's pretty scary. As soon as she could in the morning she was hunting for a key to escape and desperately trying to send a text message for help. It certainly couldn't have been classed as makeup sex. When she does manage to get out she's running like her life depends on it, being chased by a murderous Tank further and further into the bush. On returning to the Bay, the first thing he does is bludgeon Josh in the back of the head and leave him there to die. Attempted murder. Just because he didn't die (and you don't like Josh) doesn't make it less of a crime. When be discovers what he's done and that Josh is very likely to die, he decides to hoax bomb the school just for good measure. He did also do a hold up with a switch blade which I think just got swept under the rug. They then give us a very flimsy explanation for what seems to have been years of manipulative and destructive behaviour. Now he's out of prison after about ten minutes, because why? It's too dangerous for him in there? I'm sure everyone gets that same consideration. As soon as he's out he starts cracking onto an underage girl. He deliberately goes to a function that he's been specifically asked not to go to (because the victims of his crime will be there) and at which he has absolutely no purpose other than to wind people up. He then runs off with another stupid little girl that he can mould into whatever he wants her to be. He does what he wants, when he wants, and he's not sorry. It is genuinely really interesting that you like him when you're willing to hang others for much lesser crimes. I'd be more willing to forgive him if he actually showed that he'd changed but he hasn't.
  23. Great chapter! 'Ah Brax, what are you at?!' (Shakes head) You really are tying up loose ends and meting out your own very selective justice, aren't you? lol. What else is fanfic for, I guess?! Haha. Anyone else on your list? Are we gonna hear that the case has been reopened against Aden, lol?! (Sshhhh, I didn't say that! I don't want to give you any ideas! ) Glad that Heath and Bianca took Casey, and not Nate. At the risk of turning your fanfic pages into a 'Tank' discussion thread, I'm just gonna say that I think Olivia would be sensible to be very wary of Tank We haven't seen any plausible evidence of rehabilitation really, or a change in behaviour. Not in the show anyway. He was unhinged before and did some pretty appalling things, including what was essentially rape (Evie was too frightened not to sleep with him), and I really don't see that he's changed that much. So I'd be a bit worried about letting him be with someone as silly and naive as Skye. As he put it himself, she's a good 'kid'. He knows she's just a child compared to him but he likes em young. He likes impressionable inexperienced girls that can be easily led. He says he cares about Skye, but he said the same about Evie (while at the same time being very sexually threatening towards Maddy). It's very clear that he doesn't like being told what to do either and that he'll just take what he wants with no consideration for anyone else. He's volatile and extremely manipulative, and equally, if not a lot more dangerous than Hunter. He could snap at any moment. Skye is currently caught in his web though and too silly to see what he really is. (I get the impression that you like Tank though, so in your story it'll probably be fine ) Loved Chris calling Olivia 'Wheels' and I thought it was nice that the Morgans helped put the ramp in. Feeling quite sorry for Olivia. Interesting development with Dex and Lottie!
  24. Ooh interesting! I'm glad Casey has figured out that they're being watched. Pity the other guys don't believe him
  25. Oh my god! I really did spit my tea out at this! Thanks Pembie! I really needed a laugh! Loved Evie showing off her dominatrix outfit to Matt, and Mason just lying there butt naked admiring himself! This whole thing is very funny, so thanks for cheering me up!
