Extended Summary

Tori and Christian are walking near the beach with Grace. Tori says Brody suggested having prawns at the wedding and Christian muses on them affecting the honeymoon. Tori suddenly realises they’re going to have a honeymoon but is brought back down to earth by the realisation that they’ll need somewhere with a children’s pen for Grace. Christian assures her that family honeymoons are a thing. Meanwhile, Tane is hastily getting dressed while Felicity seems happy to sit under a sheet. She asks if he has a problem with cops or brothers. Tane says one cop killed his brother and another stopped him from going to New Zealand to honour him. Understanding, Felicity exits the caravan and catches Cash and Jasmine’s attention, allowing Tane to sneak away. She ends up inviting herself to have dinner with them.

Alf and Martha return home and greet Roo. They have sorted everything out with the gallery and Martha has also brought a painting that another artist donated. Later, Roo wonders if they have all the pieces for the auction. Martha says there’s one artist she’s trying to get involved and is pleased when she promptly gets a phone call.

At the Diner, Marilyn is involved in Christian and Tori’s honeymoon discussion. She suggests a tropical island while Christian suggests trekking in Nepal, which Tori doesn’t think is suitable for Grace. Justin comes in and tries to make a quick exit but Leah drags him over to help. Christian suggests they learn to surf in Hawaii but Tori doesn’t fancy a ten hour flight with a toddler. They both get called into work and Justin says he’ll look after Grace. At Salt, Felicity is helping herself to Cash’s chips. Seeing Tane come in, she says she’ll get the next round in (but needs Cash to give her the money). Tane isn’t in the mood to talk and leaves with a takeaway. Felicity goes back to the table, saying the bar was busy. Cash asks about Tane and Felicity says she was just saying hello. Cash says that’s not what it looked like when he sneaked out of her van. Felicity looks like she’s caught in the headlights while Jasmine chuckles.

At the Diner, Roo tells Marilyn to bring dessert home, knowing Alf will want some whatever he says. Justin turns up and tells Leah he’s having an idea for Tori and Christian’s wedding present which is going to take a lot of planning. He is reluctant to tell her but Leah threatens to bribe Grace. At the hospital, Tori and Christian are finishing off work. Tori takes a phone call from Justin and tells Christian that he and Leah have offered to mind Grace while they go on the honeymoon. Christian considers trekking, Boro Boro or the Rocky Mountains, while Tori suggests Paris, New York or London. The latter takes him by surprise but she says she’s always wanted to go there.

Jasmine wonders why Cash didn’t say something earlier. Cash teasingly accuses Felicity of being into Tane. Felicity denies it but Jasmine thinks he has a point. Felicity announces that she’s getting a pizza and putting it on Cash’s bill. She turns up at the Parata house, Tane points out she saw him get takeaway but Felicity thinks there’s always room for pizza and if not they can do something else. Tane lets her in.

Later, Felicity is telling Tane he doesn’t need to worry about Cash. Tane says he wants to get to bed and Felicity reluctantly agrees to go. She asks what it is between them but Tane seems keen to dodge the question. Felicity kisses him goodbye and leaves. Next morning, Jasmine and Cash meet up near the beach and she accepts a breakfast invitation. Nearby, Felicity runs into Tane who admits he’s been giving her mixed messages and says they’ve had fun but she seems to want more. Felicity expresses sarcastic disappointment that the wedding’s off but looks upset as she walks away.

Alf, Martha and Roo are eating at the Diner. At the counter, Marilyn tells Leah she found the oven on when she came in. Justin arrives and Roo asks if he’s heard about her and Martha’s exhibition. She asks to borrow his ute and brute strength but Alf warns him it’s not as simple as that. Justin looks rather scared on being presented with a list of multiple trips to the city. Meanwhile, Tane arrives home and finds a red rose on the doorstep. He places it on the table.

At Salt, Jasmine tells Cash she hasn’t heard anything from Ari and Mia about the gym sale. She also reveals she’s got her old job in the ED back. She heads out and comments on Cash watching her leave. Meanwhile, Martha receives a phone call from Alistair which obviously leaves her disappointed. She tells Alf and Roo that the gallery have pulled out, meaning all their work is for nothing.

Tori and Christian are doing a fast walk with Grace away from the Diner. Christian is pushing for Tahiti as a honeymoon destination. Tori is still lobbying for London but notes there’d be so much to do she’d want to be there for weeks, yet couldn’t be apart from Grace for that long. Christian says they could move there but Tori doesn’t take it seriously. Later, Christian approaches Tori at the hospital and shows her on his laptop that there are top level positions available in places like Edinburgh, Oxford and Birmingham. Tori is bewildered, saying they have jobs there, plus the house, Leah, Justin and Buddy. She refuses to consider it. Christian shuts the laptop, disappointed.
