Sally and Vinnie get ready to prepare practical jokes on Adam. Vinnie puts an advert in the local paper, which results in all the pensioners in the Summer Bay area appearing at Bonza Burger for a free feed. Vinnie later discovers that Adam has retaliated by placing prawns in Sally’s car in the air conditioning system. Vinnie is angry but tells Sally he has a plan.

Justine is very quiet and Tom wonders if it is because of the cyber incident with Gypsy. When he asks her about it she tells him she has other things on her mind – the impending court case. Tom comforts her and tells her that he will support her while the trial is on. Tom is called as a character witness and testifies that Justine does not lying but he after questioning from the prosecution has to admit that he was slapped by Justine when she discovered his affair with Terri. Justine’s mother is called and the prosecution force her to tell how she came to the Bay with plans for selling Justine’s story to a magazine. She also has to tell the court about Justine saying “I did it – I killed the baby”. At this point there is an outburst from Justine.
