Bryan helped Cassie and Matilda set up the Summer Bay helpline at the school. At first, Cassie wanted to be the one taking the calls, but Bryan said that she needed to do some training to become qualified. They waited for a while for someone to call, and eventually they did. However, it was prank caller that didn’t really need any advice from the helpline. Cassie and Matilda were disappointed but, Bryan told them that although the helpline was set up to take calls from people in bad situations, it was actually better if people didn’t ring, because they obviously didn’t need their help. A while after Bryan left the school that day, the phone rang again. Cassie took the phone call, and helped the girl on the other end, Lily Nelson. The Summer Bay helpline hasn’t been talked about since Lily left
