Following the departures of Peter and Amanda the previous week, they were removed from the opening titles in May 2007.
In Peter’s place, a shot of a deckchair was added. Despite Amanda’s prominent place in the sequence alongside Alf, her image was replaced by another generic shot of a hand dropping sand.
The hand had been moved from a frame earlier in the sequence, directly above Martha, and was replaced by a bundle of rope.
