I'm impressed with you for having the guts to tackle such serious, dark topics and to do so with real skill and sensitivity shows great talent as a writer. I realised I've been promising updates soonish (and I know how vague that sounds) but the next five days are super busy for me. Not only do I have to learn an entire judging course and its content... I have to spend two days doing it! So the next update will most likely be this time next week. Just giving you a warning, although I doubt you'll be sitting by the comp desperate for the next update. You are such a great writing, able to describe things so well. The last scene was a bit disturbing, but I think thats very much the theme, just all angst.
