Although it doesn't show whats been happening it does show that some harm has taken place which I would perceive as a spoiler. Em, I recall avatars like that being used last year, but to be honest I'm not sure if it counts as flashing or not - I'll try and get you a second opinion! Aren't all moving avatars forbidden?
