I think they are going to keep giving her bad luck until she leaves and then give her a really happy leaving story. For some unfathomable reason it works and the audience knows instinctively that they are supposed to be together. They, or should I say we, knew it with Gypsy and Will, Shane and Angel, Leah and Vinnie, Sally and Flynn, Kirsty and Kane and with Pippa and Michael. To see that end so heartbreakingly for them is equally heartbreaking for us.
