Noah’s on a path of self-destruction. Nick blames himself for Kirsty’s mishap in the surf. Gypsy attempts to deal with her discovery, but it’s clear she’s still playing games. Vinnie is a hero and finally gets the recognition he deserves.

Extended Summary
Vinnie rescued Kirsty, relieving everyone. Rhys had a go at Shauna for not supervising Kirsty’s training. Kirsty explained that Shauna told her to rest, but she ignored the warning. Nick’s devastated about pressuring Kirsty. She feels awful that Nick’s feeling bad, but he won’t see her. So now Dani and Kirsty are both miserable because of the Smith boys.
While everyone was proud of Vinnie’s rescue, Leah looked awful. Don’t get it wrong, she was proud of Vinnie, but things deteriorated after one of the committee members told Vinnie he’s in the running for the position. When Vinnie found out Leah put in an application, he told her he’s sick of her running his life.
After all that, thanks to Leah, Vinnie ended up with the job and so after a little advice from Colleen, Leah and Vinnie have kissed and made up!
But things are so good for Noah. Fisher and Hayley are concerned about his behaviour. Fisher went to Jude and told him he suspects Noah has something to do with his near accident. Jude confronted Noah about it and asked what the problem was. Noah said whenever something goes right for him it turns bad. Jude said it doesn’t have to be that way, but Noah isn’t so sure. Jude then found out about Toni after finding his bagful of clothes in Noah’s room. Jude asked Noah about it, but all he did was storm out of it. Noah asked Hayley about hiding Toni in her place, but she would not agree, as she said they’d get into trouble with DOCS. Noah wasn’t too impressed, especially now that he doesn’t even know where Toni is.
Gypsy been going out with Andrew a fair bit, but everyone especially Jude think he’s a bit of a sleaze – but Shauna is beginning to think that Gypsy feels the same way. Could it be the rumours about her being pregnant are true, and she’s going out with Andrew to cover it?
