MEDICAL ADVISER (WENDY O’DONNELL)

Extended Summary

Vinnie could be having second thoughts about this whole ‘marriage’ thing. Colleen and Alf have been treating him like a kid, and Leah’s been joking about getting pregnant. Leah innocently gave him some money for the shopping recently. He feels Leah is running the house. It seems that is not how Vinnie had imagined “married” life to be.
Brodie is still in hospital and upset about her memory loss. She’s been asking for her mum, and even though Shelley’s told her she isn’t coming, Brodie keeps asking. The neurologist said her memory loss could be permanent. They have to wait for the swelling of her brain to go down before they do tests. The Sutherlands are worried and Leah’s furious that Alex is causing trouble already.

Shauna and Gypsy are slowly becoming friends. It seems Gypsy feels she’s getting in the way, so she hibernates in her room whenever Sally and Shauna come home. They had a video night and talked about Gypsy’s situation. Shauna asked her to stay a little longer while Sally goes away. It would be good for both of them, considering recent history.

Shelley’s dad is staying a little longer than expected. His boat’s in bad condition, so he has to do a few repairs. His girlfriend, Linda, went back to the city because she felt uncomfortable around Shelley. It’s so unlike Shelley, she’s usually so friendly.

Dani isn’t getting much sympathy from Rhys over her break-up with Will. He said it’s not surprising that Will told her to go away, considering the game she played. Gypsy went over and told Dani that Will still loves Dani.
