After a great day out, Hayley and Noah got the shock of their lives. A farmer came along while they were mucking around near a watering hole, that people have been going to for years. The farmer wasn’t very pleasant and asked if they’d seen a kid about. They hadn’t, but after returning to the car, they found a boy hiding in the back seat. He looked really scared, so Noah and Hayley drove off. A little further on, the boy said to stop. He jumped out and disappeared. Why was the boy running away?
Things are getting shaky between Vinnie and Leah. Vinnie found out the Surf Club was advertising Shauna’s position. Vinnie assumed he’d get the job, but Alf said that it was protocol; he had to advertise. Vinnie is worried Alf doesn’t have confidence in him. Leah didn’t exactly handle it well either. She encouraged Vinnie to become more involved in the Diner. He took this the wrong way and walked out, leaving Leah very upset.

Fisher might go to Yabbie Creek TAFE to teach when it becomes a university next year. There’s a job as the head of the Education faculty, and Fisher’s interested. Who will take his position?

Will’s decided he’s going to do a marketing course in the city. The only thing is – when he goes, Irene is going to have to look after Fin’s children for a while. Will called Fin a ‘user’ and Irene overheard him. They both argued and Hayley told Will off for being nasty to Irene. Will thinks Hayley isn’t capable of looking after herself and Nick. But Hayley fought back, saying Will’s jealous that he isn’t really Irene’s son.
