Tim Graham

Tim was Roo’s business partner in New York, with whom she had an affair even though he was married. He met Alf during one of his visits to see Roo. Some time after Roo relocated to Summer Bay, Tim tried to get in contact her but she ignored him. Tim met Roo’s fiancé Harvey when Harvey helped him change a tyre, with both of them unaware of who the other was. He then met with Alf and Roo, telling Roo that he’d left his wife for her, and was formally introduced to Harvey. Tim explained he was setting up a business in the city and, although Harvey wanted him to leave, he convinced Roo to look over the proposal.

Roo was not happy when she realised the proposal was an idea they’d worked on together. Tim offered to give her credit for the idea but Roo asked for a job instead, even though it would mean commuting between Summer Bay and the city. Harvey insisted to Tim that he wouldn’t let Roo take the job but Tim was unmoved.

Tim showed Roo the office space he’d rented and then kissed her. Roo rejected him but was unable to deny having feelings for him. She initially hoped she could still work with him but realised the tension between him and Harvey made it impossible. She told Tim that, while she was tempted by him, she was choosing Harvey, and kissed him goodbye.
