To be honest, three recent storylines stick out to me as being really dark. Example: Emmerdale: "Right, it's bad enough Dan's first few wives left him and he winds temporaroly paralysed? his daughter is his bio niece and now let's send him to prison for a one-hit kill!" Neighbours: "Aw, Toby lost Noelene... Let's finish off Kerry too!"
