claire_louise
I agree with Mez. Plenty of people have illnesses such as diabetes, but if it doesn't affect your day to day life I don't see why they'd stop you joining up.

MarMar
I've started myself back on 5-HTP, 200mg a day, as an attempt to be a bit prepared for the heightened depression that I know will hit me when T leaves on Tuesday. I'm gonna crash. I just know it.
Cerise
Mar, I don't know much about your situation, so I'm not really up to giving advice although I would if I had anything decent to say. But maybe you should get rid of some of your negativity, I'm sure you'll be strong. Though I don't know much about the situation so feel free to ignore me, cause you probably hear that all the time
MarMar
I'm negative, I know, but I don't have any friends living in this country to lean on. I have no one and I can't cope on my own.
claire_louise
Mar, could you possibly organise to visit some of your friends while T is away? What about family? I think it's important to keep busy and not spend too much time alone, as that will only make you miss him more. I'm sending out positive vibes for you! MarMar
I'm living on student loan because I've got too much anxiety to even apply for a job. I'm depressed/bipolar and about to be diagnosed with Asperger's. Visiting friends in other countries costs me about half my monthly loan and I'd rather spend it on seeing him once a month. Sorry I'm depressed. Sorry I'm negative. I won't bother you anymore.
claire_louise
Don't be silly, the whole point of this thread is for us to 'bother' each other with our problems. What about your mum, or T's family? Surely they won't leave you by yourself?
MarMar
They don't know anything and they're not going to find out either.
claire_louise
I didn't really mean that, I just meant could you spend time with them while he's away?
