As promised, Fisher's first house has now been uploaded to the site.

Yes I have the episode of the party from 1997 (Casey's farewell party), and whilst it was very difficult to compare the two, I don't think it was the same house after all. Funnily enough I've also got the original script for that ep, but of course it doesn't help as regards to location other then EXT. STEWART BACKYARD I'll have to have a look for that episode with the coffin, I do remember the storyline and should have it somewhere, as it does sound like it's probably the last exterior scene.... I was actually talking to Judy (Nunn) about the location a while back and even she couldn't remember where the house was located, could only vaguely remember filming one or two scenes there over her 13 years on the show.

Yeah I did notice the extension in the credits after I'd written everything up, probably does explain why stock shots were a lot tighter in later years. Still, there have been more additions over the years and what looks like a garage on the lower ground later became a games room of sorts. Though bizarrely enough, speaking of tight stock shots, I did find out that a shot I capped from a 1997 ep was actually a zoomed in version of the 3rd one I've put on the site from 1989 - strange. I did think about the replica, but it really didn't show a huge amount of it, and what we did see wasn't that great anyway (exterior-wise). Might add a cap at a later date. As one of the ones requested a while back, the next update will be Fisher's House.

Today we have begun publishing of a number of Early Years locations on the main site, which will continue over the coming weeks. Thanks to QA of course for heading out to take the pictures once we'd spent a long time tracking them down! First up is one of the houses which proved rather difficult for us due to the lack of scenes filmed there - The Stewart House. On a related note, it's actually 9 years today since the bushfires destroyed 'Summer Bay House' at Kenthurst.

There wasn't one - bad continuity again. There was a small tremor in 2008 however but we didn't see it on screen - it was that that caused the fault from the 1996 earthquake to open up underneath the diner, and also the thing that unearthed the time capsule. Pretty sure they at least referred to the tremor on screen, but even if it wasn't I know that was the cause anyway. Edit: Yes they did refer to it onscreen

I can only suggest that this is something to do with the cookie settings in your browser, as it's not a problem that any other users have reported with the board - altering these settings are dependant on which browser you are using, but you should be able to add a rule to accept cookies from this particular site. Other than that I really can't imagine what it could be.

No, there's quite a way to go yet - Episode 586 which I think should be airing late January/early February 2012 - and there's no gap in the switchover

The 1989 Opening Titles section of our credits centre is now complete with the uploading of the final sets for that year. We already have most of 1990's sets on the site, but the images for those will be updated as better quality caps become available. There were also updates to every location page yesterday, detailed in this article, aswell as a new location from 2007 - Cassie & Macca's House.

Obviously just a glitch with the server time which coincided with Luc's post, I've made another post in there to rectify the situation

It's because we don't do departure features anymore - there was a big discussion about it in this thread back in August, where I posted this post explaining the various reasons, so I won't go into all again now

They've had a drunk Irish poet who befriended Shannon called Gabe, a nurse named Grace who ended up leaving with Nathan Roberts in 2002 - and then Leo Simms who broke into Irene's and was later accidentally killed by Amanda All guest characters though.

We're continuing our current character profile updates, and as today marks the 11th anniversary of Leah's first episode, both Leah and VJ's profiles have been updated

If they keep going then we'll see Jacqy Phillips as Irene in just over 2 years - around April 2013 - but that's only for a week. Then she reappears over a few weeks around 5 months later, and that's it until Lynne appears as Irene in early 1993 (which if they're still going at the rate they are now, will air around April 2014)

The current characters are currently in the process of receiving their half-year profile updates, with Nicole's being updated today. We've also added the 4th set of 1989 opening titles to our credits centre, which includes Marilyn's first appearance in them.

Funnily enough I've never really been a fancard collector, though I do have a signed Lyn Collingwood one that I picked up a few years back, and an unsigned card of the 1997 cast - plus a few old publicity pics from the 90's. The only other fancards I have were signed ones I got in person from Kate Ritchie, Bec Cartwright, Danny Raco and Dan Collopy when we did the fan stuff on our first night in LA in 2002. As for other autographs, I have a H&A beach bag signed by Kate, Bec, Norman Coburn, Chris Egan and Kim Cooper - and a script of Sally's final episode signed by the whole cast. Think that's the lot....might be one or two more which have escaped me (not counting a few christmas/birthday cards as 'autographs'.... )
