Robbie attempts to manipulate his mother into giving him the room by pretending he is planning to move out of home so as to live with Kim. He hopes she’ll offer him the front room so as to keep him from leaving. But Beth sees through Robbie’s ploy and turns the tables on him so as to teach him a lesson. Sally and Flynn are busy packing when Josie arrives. Josie says she’s committed to forging a better relationship with them and the whole Bay. She also gives them an invitation to the opening of the Bar. After she leaves Sally realises that the Bar opening is scheduled for the same day and time as Pippa’s christening. It’s a disaster and she’s worried that no one will come to the christening given there’s a very special guest for the opening. Sally’s convinced Josie has a talent for making trouble.

After getting some advice from Leah, Sally decides not to over complicate matters – she’ll just change the time of the christening to midday. Sally and Flynn have also decided on the godfather – but they’re not telling everyone yet. It’s going to be a special surprise. Meanwhile, Josie has also discovered the scheduling problem. She is so determined to improve her relationship with Sally that she changes the time of the opening – to midday. Uh oh! Eventually Sally and Josie realise they’ve again scheduled the events for the same time. They share a good laugh at this near disaster and finally agree on the times together. This shared experience helps them bridge the divide in their relationship.

Jesse admires the great effort Josie is making to become more accepted by Sally and the Bay in general. He now truly believes she will make the Bay her home. He is overcome with his feelings for her and tells her he loves her. Josie is unexpectedly thrown and responds savagely. She lashes out at him – “For God sakes don’t do this to me!” Jesse’s shocked.
