Extended Summary

Seb’s decided to have the DNA test and find out if he’s Fisher’s grandson. It might have something to do with Noah telling Seb about Fisher’s book Letter to Byron. He seemed impressed, although you wouldn’t have been able to tell after he refused Fisher’s offer of Sam’s old surfboard. Fisher’s really trying hard and is taking an interest in everything Seb does.
Alf apparently told Seb about Alan being a good surfer. He suggested Seb try learning on a beginner’s board after seeing Seb struggle on Jude’s surfboard. Seb didn’t like that. Alf was only trying to help, but Seb seems to think that everyone is against him, he doesn’t see that everyone just wants to help.

Fisher was a bearer of bad news to the Patterson household today. Apparently Rebecca and Travis are selling the house. Vinnie and Leah are worried because they’ll have to move out once it’s sold. Basically, they’re homeless. It might be the reason they have decided to go into business with Ralph. Of course, it could be they’re concerned Ralph’s ‘fits’ are going to bring him down. A lot of people still don’t trust Ralph, he had better not let Vinnie down again, or he’ll be in real trouble.

Jade and Kirsty have finally made up. At first Kirsty didn’t want to accept Jade’s apology and even stooped so low as to say that Jade would try and steal Seb. Anyway, Kirsty caught Nick trying to make Jade jealous by flirting with another girl. Kirsty went to Jade and said everything she did to get with Nick was useless, as he was chatting up someone else. At that, Jade had had enough, and she flew at Kirsty. At least this jolted Kirsty into apologising. At least World War has ended at the Sutherland house, for a while!
