When Tiegan came to be placed with the Ross', Belinda Jackson came to talk to her about finding a permanent foster family. Tiegan's abrasive nature caused problems into Belinda trying to get through to her.

A few weeks later Belinda called up Pippa and told her that she had found a new family for Tiegan to live with and despite Tiegan's pleas to Pippa, Belinda came to collect Tiegan and take her to her new family.
