Luke Mitchell and Rebecca Breeds Marry in Kangaroo Valley

Luke Mitchell (Romeo Smith) has married former co-star Rebecca Breeds. The Australian Daily Telegraph reports that the pair wed in a low-key affair alongside their friends and family at the Kangaroo Valley Bush Retreat on Saturday.

The couple met on the set of Home and Away, and announced their engagement in May 2012. It is reported that the pair signed a lucrative magazine deal for the low-key wedding, which has been months in the planning.

Wanting to keep the ceremony to just family and close friends, The Daily Telegraph reported that the couple held a lavish engagement party last October, inviting over 100 guests, including fellow cast members Lincoln Younes (Casey Braxton) and Lisa Gormley (Bianca Scott).

Luke currently plays Todd “Romeo” Smith in the show, while Rebecca played the part of Ruby Buckton on Home and Away from 2008 until August 2012.

Luke and Rebecca’ss low-key wedding comes just weeks after Dan Ewing, who plays Heath Braxton, married his long term partner Marni Little.

The wedding is currently being discussed over on our Home and Away forum.
