I won’t be watching all the games probably just England because I only really follow them in the big tournaments but feel free to discuss all the other games

England, Scotland and Wales in a major tournament together for the first time since 1958. Plus there's a couple of Norwich players in the Finland and Netherlands squad (and Scotland). And I've got a friend from Poland. And suddenly I'm keeping an eye on just about every group...

Don't really like the fact due to the '60th' anniversary the tournament is not being hosted in one country but various places.  Haven't been really keeping up with football internationally so I'm not sure who's going to win it although I was having a conversation with someone who works at my gym and he thinks it will be Germany or France.

France and Germany are definitely contenders, but they're stuck in that group of death with Portugal: It's just about possible all three of them will make the knockout stage but I can definitely see one of them making an early exit. I'm leaning towards France to win, but I'll probably be completely wrong.

Belgium were always going to be the team to beat in that group. At some point, I'm going to have to check who's likely to meet who later on... Not the best start for Wales, but it could have been worse: VAR did us a favour for once.

I was watching live when Christian Eriksen collapsed: Not a pleasant experience, but at least the early news is promising.Norwich's Pukki was in the Finland team: The camera seemed to linger on him as they went off, leaving me worried how he'd be affected if it didn't end well.Respect to them for finishing out the game, and bit of a boost for Finland as well.

England tomorrow!

So can we count it as a win for us if Wales Scotland win seeing as we can Tavel to these by car lol

not the best for Wales to get a draw for their first match

I be watching England tomorrow

Yep, England start with a win. And it's against Croatia, who were probably the biggest threat, so that's a bonus. I've just realised if they win the group, they'll get to stay at Wembley for the second round.

Austria just about manage a win after North Macedonia scored an almost comical equaliser. Netherlands similarly scrape three points against Ukraine after a topsy turvy match: Looks like Krul won't get much game time, which is a shame.

Scotland up tomorrow: I should be able to see the start of the match before work!
