I would love to see like Nicole living there with say like Romeo and Xavier, get like a lil teen place again like the old days with Dani, Scott, Noah etc. Roman signed it over to Nicole for her 18th birthday, as far as I know she still owns it. That's actually a very good question because it never actually happened!I remember at the time that Geoff and Annie were evicted from the farm, Annie moved back in with Irene and I assumed Geoff was back living with Tony.Then suddenly in episode 4537 he's living at the beach house without any explanation and I don't think they properly discuss him living there permanently until about 4567.
